When Kheerat catches a thief stealing cans from the Minute Mart, he tries to teach him a lesson by making threats about the Panesars' reputation. Vinny points out that the Panesar name means nothing in Walford and they need to team up with the Mitchells. The Panesar brothers then meet up with Ben to discuss becoming partners.
Kheerat and Ben meet with Stas at The Arches, while Vinny waits on stand-by with Stas's cash. Things go wrong when Stas insists that he doesn't trust Ben after learning that the Mitchells have been bad-mouthing him. He insists that he wants his money back.
Vinny is rushing to The Arches with the money, but gets intercepted by the thief from earlier on.
Meanwhile, Stacey blames herself for Ruby's accident and apologises to Martin.
Elsewhere, Gray reacts badly when he returns home from work and Whitney reveals that the kids are on a play date with Raymond. A furious Gray points out that Whitney has put his kids in a situation where a killer could show up at any moment. Later, Gray apologises for losing his cool.

Ruby tells Martin about the recent incident where Kush and Stacey locked her in the office and forced her to do a pregnancy test.
When Martin confronts him, Kush tries to explain the situation. Martin refuses to accept his excuses and punches Kush.
Meanwhile, the thief has back-up from his brothers and confronts Vinny in an alley. Vinny has the bag of cash for Stas in his possession, putting him in a precarious position.
Ben and Kheerat continue to wait for Vinny at The Arches and struggle to deal with an impatient Stas.

Kat and Phil have enjoyed another hook-up. However, when Phil suggests they should head to a hotel next time, Kat is uneasy about the possibility of their relationship becoming more serious. Ben tries to warn Phil that it was Kat who grassed them up to Stas, but Phil admits that he's now seeing Kat.
Later, Kim tries to provide her match-making service to Kat. She asks Kat to explain what she's looking for, but Kat's description matches Phil.
Meanwhile, when Tiffany explains to Keegan that she'd like to do hostess work at the club, Keegan admits that he doesn't like the idea of her flirting with strangers. Tiffany backs out, but Dotty retaliates by threatening to put their rent up.
Later, Tiffany rescues Dotty from some sleazy customers at the club. Dotty urges Tiffany to reconsider her proposal, revealing that she's in debt herself.
Elsewhere, Denise takes the risk of confiding in Jack about the mess that her family is in. Jack insists that Denise should go to the police ? and admits that he isn't sure whether he can keep the truth to himself.

Chelsea is shocked to learn that Denise has told Jack the truth. She tries to track down Jack before he spreads to the word to his colleagues at the police station.
Chelsea convinces Jack to join her at the club so she can explain herself. Afterwards, Chelsea reminisces about their past and suggests they should both go back to Jack's house.
Meanwhile, Whitney tells Kat that she's now seeing Kush. Later at The Vic, Whitney and Kush also share the news with Gray.
Elsewhere, Kat confides in Kim about how she has been sleeping with Phil, although she insists it's strictly casual. Kim asks if she can continue her plans to set Kat up with someone new. At the same time, Ben encourages Phil to use a dating app to find a more suitable match.
