Max is still on a mission to get to the truth over Ian's disappearance. Sharon worries when Linda reveals that Max is close to figuring out who attacked Ian. Sharon's panic escalates when Max questions her, but she accuses him of only caring about the situation so he can prove Tina's innocence and win over Linda again.

Later, as tensions rise between Kathy and Sharon at The Vic, Max takes drastic action by publicly exposing Sharon as Ian's attacker and declaring Tina's innocence.

Meanwhile, Chelsea is planning to go away on a trip with Lucas, but her plans are threatened when Lucas refuses to come.

Elsewhere, Gray tells Whitney that she isn't needed to babysit today as he's not working, but Whitney realises he lied when she discovers Karen is looking after the kids. Whitney feels guilty when manipulative Gray tries to make it seem like an honest mistake.

Phil shows where his loyalties lie when he sticks up for Jay over Billy.
Vengeful Billy decides to tell the kids about Jay and Honey.

Things turn nasty following Max's public accusations against Sharon at The Vic.

Mick suggests that Linda should get the truth from Max and she's left with suspicions of her own when he shares what he knows.

Meanwhile, Honey arranges for her and Billy to talk to the kids together about her new relationship with Jay. Still struggling with the situation, Billy shows up late and he seems to have pushed Honey too far. How will Billy react when Honey tells him to pack his things and leave?

Elsewhere, Denise accuses Lucas of manipulating Chelsea when she finds out that he's the one Chelsea plans to go on holiday with. Lucas tries to explain that it was all Chelsea's idea, not the other way round. When Lucas suggests Chelsea should take Denise instead, Chelsea refuses and Denise is left upset.


Thursday 04 February 2021 at 19:35 on BBC One

Lucas refuses to leave for the trip with Chelsea, leading to tension. Denise overhears their dispute and confronts Lucas, assuming that he has done something to let their daughter down. Denise refuses to listen to Lucas's explanations and gives him some home truths, causing Lucas to snap.

Later, Vinny warns Chelsea and Jack that he has found blood at the flat and he fears something bad has happened. Chelsea and Jack rush over and find the place a complete state. Denise and Lucas have disappeared.

Meanwhile, Billy is put out when Jay can afford to buy new trainers for the kids. When Billy's trial shift at the call centre doesn't go according to plan, he asks Vinny about dealing drugs.

Elsewhere, Mick gets worked up over the Tina situation, telling Linda that nothing seems to make sense.

Kathy urges Phil to help her find Ian, but he refuses.

Jack is worried over Denise's safety and starts searching for her. He also bitterly blames Chelsea for the situation, reminding her that she was the one who brought Lucas back to Walford in the first place.

Later, Jack is told that he's not allowed to join the search for Denise. Isaac offers to call Callum to see if he can help.

Meanwhile, Ruby is fed up with having Kush under her roof, so she arranges for Dotty to take him in as a lodger. Kush warns Ruby that he won't be manipulated like Martin, but Ruby uses her fake pregnancy to successfully manipulate Kush's emotions.

Elsewhere, Vinny gives Billy a drugs package.
