Painting, colouring in pages, drawing, cooking (check out his creativity side!! + if he's competetive then you could compete against eacother!!)

Check out the weather forcast so when it is a good day you can go swimming, park, shopping (mainly for him).

You and the other mums could get together and so could you children over eachother's houses.

Note: This will be most intersting if your child watches CbeeBies and NickJr. Go on the computer/laptop and play games on:

Games (http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/funandgames/) on his lil favourite characters.

Nice stories (http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/storycircle/).

Join Big cook and Little cook and cook (http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/characterpages/bigcooklittlecook/) delicious treats and meals with your kids!!

Do some activities (http://www.nickjr.co.uk/activities/index.aspx) with your children.

Listen to stories and games (http://www.nickjr.co.uk/play/index.aspx) online.

Wow, not suprising. Most kids are that nowadays!!

You never quoated about meeting with his friends... that must be a point then :p Cooking should be fun though!!

Maybe you could ask him if he wants to help mummy tidy the house (give him little jobs like watering plants and hand him a duster or soemthing :p)

Maybe you could play on his computer games and call your child + say "Wow look .... this is very fun, do you want to try it?"

Maybe if he refuses ask him if he wants anything... what does he want to do with mummy. If he says something about going outside maybe you could explain to him that it's raining. Ask him to think of ideas you could do inside which they won't mind instead of you thinking it up yourself.

God, its all maybe's with me :rotfl: The links are up btw. x

I know this will seem like a really sad one, but if I (I mean Ci!! lol ) gets too bored when its raining, I chuck on our wellies and waterproofs and go splash in the puddles etc - he loves it. Gets him nice and tired out for the evening aswell then and plus once he had all of that running around etc, he is happy to just sit and play a game or do some pictures etc with me.....
