Moira faces a dark chapter from her past as she has some very important things to tell her brother Mackenzie, insisting that he needs to hear it.

Later, when Cain spots Mackenzie in the village, the two men square up and Cain tells him that if he ever sees him in the village again, he'll leave in a coffin.

Meanwhile, Jamie and Will's feud escalates when Jamie docks Dawn's wages.

As Jamie wallows in his brandy, he is soon confronted by Sam and Cain for a 'chat'. All are unaware that a hidden Mackenzie is watching.

As Cain reveals their plan to a drunk Jamie, a listening Mackenzie's interest is piqued and soon he steps out of the shadows. Has Jamie found a new alliance?

Meanwhile, Paddy discovers Chas is back.

Charity urges Chas to sort out her relationship with Paddy before it's too late.

Later, Charity asks Tracy if she can take Johnny to see Vanessa, to remind her of the family they had. But Tracy shocks her by revealing that he's already with Vanessa and then drops another bombshell which truly shatters Charity's hopes of a reconciliation.

Meanwhile, Cain squares up to Mackenzie.

Mandy does her best to distract Paddy with booze. Bear tells Marlon about Mandy's plan, but Marlon worries that Paddy's ex isn't the greatest person for him to get drunk with.

Soon Chas arrives to talk to Paddy, so Marlon and Bear try to stall her. Marlon finally reveals Paddy is on the lash with Mandy and it dawns on Chas that she might have driven Paddy into the arms of his ex.

Meanwhile, Gabby makes an admission to Liam.

Elsewhere, Moira learns of Mackenzie's new position.

Chas is upset that Paddy didn't come home last night. Is their relationship over?
