Andrea tries to convince Jamie that he must have hit an animal. However, Lydia arrives to reveal Moira has been the victim of a hit and run. Jamie struggles to take in the news. Andrea urges him to act normal, but he's struggling.

Arriving at the hospital, a dishevelled Jamie is approached by Belle, who senses something is wrong.

Matty tells Belle the police are yet to locate any witnesses. When Jamie reacts curiously, Belle continues to feel puzzled by his behaviour.

Later, Belle bangs on the door of Home Farm, demanding to see Jamie. When Andrea answers, Belle barges in and Andrea tries to convince Belle that Jamie no longer wants to be with her. Belle leaves, fighting tears.

Back at the hospital, Matty and Cain keep vigil at Moira's bedside. When Matty heads home, Cain secretly stays behind, settling in to watch over her for the night.

Meanwhile, Dan is back and trying to stay positive, but Amelia is furious that Brenda has sent a get well card.

Elsewhere, Malone insists to Harriet that he had nothing to do with Moira's hit and run. Will is worried as Harriet is acting strangely.

Andrea decides to win Jamie over with a date night, but she is shocked when Jamie admits that he doesn't love her anymore – he loves Belle.

Jamie is left feeling helpless when Andrea threatens to go to the police if he leaves her. Jamie feels trapped as Andrea holds all the cards.

Meanwhile, Bob is adamant that he can run the cafe while Brenda is away, but is concerned when he receives a text saying the insurance won't pay out to help pay off Dan. Nicola has a suggestion for Bob.

Elsewhere, Cain walks in to find Nate and Rhona discussing their collaboration. Cain warns them not to tell Moira about their business deal.

Belle's heart breaks as her hopes are crushed.

Meanwhile, Nicola has a suggestion for Bob and is soon railroading Jimmy into her plan too.

Elsewhere, Kim arrives at Butler's Farm fuming. Nate and Rhona explain their partnership wasn't an act of revenge against her, but Kim is not convinced, threatening to bankrupt them.

I just notice the cast keeping 2 meters apart. Take Will proposing to Harriet, down on one knee and no kiss when she accepted his ring. Or Cain at Moira bedside 2 meters away from the bed.
So until this Covid-19 has a cure, would this be the norm for TV or Movies? No more intimate moments?
