kensit signs new contract

Patsy Kensit has been offered a £250,000 contract to continue with her Emmerdale role.

The new deal will see the actress, who plays Sadie King, on screens until December 2006.

A source told The People, "The bosses are really impressed with her."

Kensit has described her role on the soap as "the best thing that's ever happened".

There are plenty of good actresses out their who could play the superbitch Sadie King to perfection. Why pay this ridiculous amount of money. Maybe its their dear of saving the rainforest
