Just heard that Eddie Large has passed away. He had had heart problems for many years but recently contracted Covid-19 and wasn't strong enough to fight it.
Very sad. I saw Little and Large on stage once at Blackpool and they were really very funny - better than their TV series I have to say! I also met Syd Little once when he came to our theatre, but sadly never Eddie. He seemed like such a nice man.
R.I.P. Eddie.
