"I wasn't frightened to come out," he said of the result. "If it was my time to go, it was my time to go. The show must go on."

Of his departure, he commented: "I'm not totally over the moon, I would love to still be in the house but the odds were stacked against the man with the plan."

Of his housemates: "There's only so much a man can take, especially when you know people in there are manipulating and twisting. i've got my own mind so I'll follow my own heart. Honestly, I did start out liking peoples in there but then I saw their ways and I don't agree with that."

Asked to describe the housemates in word each, he answered:

Craig: "Double, two personalities"
Kemal: "Wannabe diva"
Eugene: "If I'm Science, he's technology"
Orlaith: "Boobies, titties"
On the charge of homophobia, he pleaded not guilty. "I ain't got nothing against nobody. People is people. Everybody's free to live in this world and find your place."

On what he had learnt while in the house: "I've learnt to not let people provoke such a complex individual as myself."

Finally, asked if he had any regrets, he replied: "That I'm not in there still."
