If your going on holiday at all during the summer, where are you going, and when? Then we know when to miss you!

Im not away this year :( well not unless i go on a short notice hol, i went to Tenerife in Feb it was rubbish, lol didnt help that my best friend who i went with was pregnant, although she wasnt prgenany when we booked the hol. I cant afford to now im starting college full time in Sept! Means not working full time, less money guess its a sacrafice i have to make, plus i got my horse to look after

I am off to Alikanas in Zante Greece on Thursday. There is just me and my six year old daughter going but that's fine, its not the first time we have been abroad together last year we went to Alcudia in Majorca, also I have taken her away on holiday by myself since she was a baby. So if anyone sees a single lady with a six year old girl in Zante over the next two weeks say Hi we won't bite :)
I've been to Zante- very hot but extremely peacefull and relaxing. Beware of hte frequent power cuts, take a torch!
I'm going on a 7-day cruise around the meditteranen from teh 9th of August. I fly to Majorca then go to Tunis (tunisia), Rome, cannes, barcelona, ibiza then back to majorca. Should be good!
I'm going to Mallorca tomorrow!

I know I just went on a holiday two weeks ago for two weeks to Canada and Florida. But soemtime during the 6 week holiday I get off school I will be going away for 1 week to Wales!! :D
I've already been, went to new orleans, florida and the baharmas in Jan for three weeks so cant really afford another big holiday. Got a few days off in September so may go to Prague for a long weekend or maybe somewhere else.
i'm off to cornwall on 13 august with my other half and the kids, i have already written all the packing lists and got the suitcases out and ready. i usually pack and unpack about 5 or 6 times!!!!! i have to makes sure everything on my list is in the suitcase!! and with 4 people to pack for it takes ages!!!
I'm going to cornwall on the 13th of august for 2 weeks. I just came back from an adventure activity holiday with the school two weeks ago. going up a mountain on a tiny little crumbly ledge with a 500ft drop is not my idea of fun!

Leaving to the USA for 4 weeks starting Sept 14.. I can not wait to see my family again !!!! And eat REAL American food again :rotfl:

Probably wait 2 years, until the expectant one is a bit older - went to Lanzarote last year though, so hope to go back there....
I just got back from scotland and now i'm being dragged away again!
I'm going on holiday again on the 20th-27th (i think) so that means leaving here again!!!! :crying:
and then in september i'm going to france for 5 days so again i have to leave i don't wanna!!!

Hubby and I never vacation/holiday in the summer we always go in September after every one has returned from their holidays,, then we slip off for 4 weeks in the USA,, Gabby you will love New York,,its soooo ALIVE !!!! And the shopping is awesome..:)

yeh ive always wanted to go too, but my mums never wanted to go. my mums cousins went there for new year this year and said it was great! me and my sis have decided that in a few years time we are going to go over there and shop!
I really want to go away in winter, but my mums adiment that we can't :(

i've never liked disney, so it'd be hell going there!

i went to australia and new zealand 4 years ago, a week in new zealand and 3 weeks in australia, we went to auckland in new zealand and cairns, brisbane, melbourne and sydney in australia, it was great and so hot even though it was their winter! what parts you going to? youll love it! :)

yeah but i dont really spek to my mates anymore as one cant be bothered so i dont really have an excuse except for one of my family memeber live out there but there a distant relative but il deffienetly go when im older

my friend and me dont speak much now, she moved back out there 8 years ago and we just send bday and xmas cards and a few emails/letters each year

it was great! we stopped at this island first and the beach was so white and there were lots of wild animals and lizards and stuff and palm trees. then we went out to the reef and we snorkelled with the fish, and went on this smaller boat with a glass bottom and saw turtles. on the way out we saw whales and although i was sick on the boat it was well worth it! we want to go back and next time we want to go diving

we didnt go to perth but we went to melbourne and sydney. when we were in melbourne we went to this place called phillip island and you can go and see the wild penguins coming back out of the water to their nests in the evening :)

yeh it was well cool, but it was quite cold though as it was in the evening and it was their winter. we also went to this place in brisbane where you got to cuddle koalas

you can only cuddle them in some places as its illegal to in some states. we went to lone pine koala sanctuary in brisbane and thats where we cuddled them
