A judge has ordered that Michael Jackson's confiscated property must be returned.
Investigating authorities seized many items including magazines, books and computers in preparation for the trial which saw Jackson acquitted of ten counts of child molestation.
Judge Rodney Melville, who handled the star's case, told District Attorney Tom Sneddon yesterday: "Anything you have seized that was not brought to court and was not contraband, should be returned to Mr. Jackson."
'Contraband' items, he explained, included syringes, the drug Deremol and prescriptions for drugs made out in various people's names.
