peter andre recieves driving ban

Peter Andre has been banned from driving for six months after being caught speeding, reports BBC News.

Andre was found driving his Mercedes at 49mph in a 30mph zone in Hangleton in Hove when he was caught by Sussex Police.

Appearing in court today, his lawyer argued that Andre needed to be able to drive following the birth of son Junior Andre with Katie Price a.k.a. Jordan. However, the court opted for a ban in the light of the singer's licence already having eight points against it for driving without insurance.

don't you just get points on your license for speeding?

yes but you can get banned as well. You get taken to court if your so many miles over the limit and if your over 100 it's supposed to be an automatic ban but i've seen this rule been bent a few times

All i can say is

serves-him-right

He was over the limit, he should pay for it, whether he is or isn't a d-list "Celeb". I dont think it matters how much he was over, but just the fact he was is bad enough
