Courtney is confused by an announcement from Jesse about their future.

Scott stands up to Mitchell when Mitchell accuses him of using Azim to make him jealous.

Back at home, Martine tries to help, but Mitchell takes his hurt out on her.

At home, Courtney is woken by her alarm to go on honeymoon but wonders why Jesse hasn't come to bed.

Later, Courtney is still wondering why Jesse didn't come home, so Leela orders Liam to find out where he is.

Meanwhile, Martine asks Mitchell why he's been so unhappy and begs him to tell her why he's in so much pain. Mitchell finally tells his mum that he's gay.

Meanwhile, Martine tells Mitchell that life's too short to not go for what you want. Later, Scott and Azim decide to come clean to Mitchell about their relationship.

Elsewhere, John Paul steps in to help Sally at the school and is happy to be back, especially when he stretches his teaching muscles with Juliet. It's awkward when James turns up to take Juliet for lunch and she realises that her new teacher is 'the famous John Paul'. John Paul wonders when they're going for a drink.

Also today, Damon offers to treat Maxine to some lunch, determined to put a smile back on her face.

Liam breaks into Maxine's flat.

When Liam realises how much Maxine is struggling for money, he gives her a loan and thinks of a way that he can use her to his advantage.

Elsewhere, Donna Marie and Marnie clash over what's best for Juliet. Juliet walks in as James hands over an envelope of cash to Donna Marie and questions what's going on.
