Michael Jackson failed to turn up to a hearing regarding sexual assault allegations.
Filed by Joseph T. Bartucci Jr, the lawsuit claims that the singer held him against his will in his limousine and sexually assaulted him on a trip to California and back during the 1984 World's Fair in New Orleans.
Apparently Jackson's recent trial dredged up repressed memories of the event in the then-18-year-old. Bartucci is claiming compensation of for emotiona and physical damage.
District Judge Eldon Fallon has scheduled a hearing for August 17, when Jackson must show why he should not be held in civil contempt for his absence
