Mandy is determined that Beth should explain herself. She barges into Beth's house, where she finds Lydia's mum Agatha. As Agatha asks Mandy to take her to see Lydia, Mandy wonders whether she has done the right thing.

Once at the Dingles', Agatha admits that she has a lot of explaining to do and Lydia can't help but feel nervous as she braces herself to face her past.

Agatha reveals she never stopped thinking of Lydia, but most troublingly, Agatha reveals Lydia's father died of Huntington's disease. This leaves Lydia with a likely chance of having the same thing.

Meanwhile, Leyla struggles to take it in when David reveals Maya is being released and worries over whether she might try to contact Jacob.

Elsewhere, Charity puts her foot down.
