Dan becomes suspicious. Al continues to rile Graham. Liam provides Bernice with a distraction.

Aaron attempts to buoy Robert's spirits. Moira's guilt continues to weigh on her. Mandy receives a surprise visitor.

Robert and Victoria prepare for the future. Mandy capitalises on an opportunity. Charity continues to tease Tracy.

Vanessa and Charity also try to ease Tracy's guilty conscience.

Meanwhile, Graham and Rhona continue to flirt and make plans to see one another again.

Elsewhere, Kim is alarmed when Ryan threatens to tell the press that the soon-to-launch outdoor centre's disabled facilities aren't good enough. She tells Graham to do whatever it takes to get him on side.

Things go from bad to worse when an angry Vanessa is arrested after accidentally hitting a nurse while arguing with Amy.

Coronation Street fans to face one-week gap between episodes this month

We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but Coronation Street fans are going to have to wait an entire week between episodes this month. Sorry.

We've already reported that on Friday, October 11 there will be no episodes of Corrie or Emmerdale because England are playing the Czech Republic, but because England are playing Bulgaria on Monday, October 14 that means that both soaps are off the air on that day too.

So that means between Wednesday, October 9 and Wednesday, October 16, we've got no Corrie at all.

Emmerdale fans get things a bit better, as the typical hour-long Thursday episode is still happening on October 10. Also, the Tuesday episodes (October 8 and October 15) will be extended to an hour to make up for the football.

Unfortunately, we don't know at the time of writing exactly when Corrie will make up for the missed episodes, but we're sure they will at some point.

I don't understand why every year they need to mess up the show's schedule for football. ITV has more channels than 1, can't they just move a few things around?

I’m getting really irritated with Amy.

I know she’s worried about her mom, but she was quick to try and get Tracey’s forgiveness for accidentally killing her Dad, but she’s not so quick to forgive Tracey for accidentally hurting her mother.
