Previously, Derek has had very little to say to Craig and only bad things to say about Anthony, but he joined them on the sofa for a friendly, late-night chat.

The devious Tory has seemingly had a re-think about his feelings towards the pair and was more than happy to talk with them about their emotions late into the night.

"I have to say my earlier impression of him [Anthony] has been transformed," Derek said to Craig, before commenting how "intelligent" Maxwell was.

Craig was only too happy to sing the praises of his two mates and it then became a game of happy families...

"If this was a family, Anthony would be my brother," said Craig to Derek. "I have to stick with my brother."

"So you're my little sister then?" Derek said with a smile.

"Your female cousin," Craig replied brightly.

Soon after, Anthony announced that he was an emotional person.

"You are," Derek said. "But on the face of it you don't seem to be. You're very sensitive which is enchanting for a bloke."

Craig asked why Anthony wasn't emotional in the House and then, not missing the opportunity to be overly dramatic, he said of Anthony: "If he cried in here...I would die."

The Geordie told Derek and Craig that his most emotional time in the House was when Maxwell was evicted.

"If I go before you, I'd expect you to cry...I want tears," Craig demanded like a director at an Amateur Dramatics rehearsal.

The question is, would Derek really shed a tear if either of them went?
