On Hollyoaks, Sylver McQueen decides it's time to meet his biological mother.

Sylver (David Tag) goes in search of answers following his recent discovery that Breda adopted him when he was 3-years-old.

Later this month, Breda panics when she finds Sylver looking through a photo album full of pictures from his childhood, hoping to find a clue over his birth mum.

Breda slips up when she deliberately hides one particular photo from Sylver, which gets noticed by eagle-eyed Goldie.

Goldie steals the picture for Sylver and they're intrigued to see that it shows a woman and her baby boy, with a name on the front.

Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) and Goldie successfully make the most of this clue, spotting that the picture shows a pub in the background.

After contacting the pub and asking questions, the ladies manage to find Sylver's mother Harriet in a nursing home. When Sylver heads off to see her there, accompanied by Mercedes for moral support, the meeting doesn't go as well as Sylver had hoped for — but why?

Hollyoaks airs these scenes on Wednesday, February 27 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.

Monday

Romeo organises an intervention for Juliet, in the hopes of convincing her that Mac is evil. Jack also tells her about the school explosion. She refuses to believe it, but when Mac can’t show her a receipt for the down-payment on a holiday he’d promised her, she doesn’t know what to think.

Later, a drunken Mac leaves Juliet a voicemail confessing to lying about the holiday, swapping Cindy’s medication and swindling her out of her house.

Meanwhile, Damon helps Maxine move into her new flat, but they are shocked to discover the state it’s in. Later, Damon surprises her by decorating the new flat with fairy lights and donated furniture.

Elsewhere, Lily bumps into Romeo and tells him not to come near her again. She’s feeling down and Sinead tells her that she’s there to talk any time. Later, she catches Lily having self-harmed again and tells Diane.

Also today, Breda panics when Sylver looks at a photo album full of pictures from his childhood, hoping to find his birth mother. Goldie spots Breda hiding a picture from Sylver, but Goldie manages to steal it from her. It’s of a woman and her baby boy, with a name on the front. Later, Breda receives a text saying ‘I know what you did to Louis Loveday’.

Tuesday

Mac confronts Juliet about giving the voicemail to James, but he soon realises that she never heard the voicemail.

Juliet is furious that James went behind her back. Lily sees her upset and tries to talk to her, but Juliet only gets angrier and throws a brick through the school window.

Meanwhile, Diane realises that Lily needs as much support as she can get, so she asks Romeo round for tea in the hopes of reuniting him with Lily. Nana overhears and tells her that Lily is the only reason Prince won’t come back, and that they want Lily to stop texting him. Diane convinces Lily to go after Romeo.

Later, Romeo is upset about Juliet and Lily, and cries on Cindy’s shoulder. Lily goes to speak to Romeo, but she sees him with Cindy from outside the window.

Elsewhere, Mercedes and Goldie are determined to find Sylver’s mum. They manage to, by contacting the pub they’re standing outside in the picture. Goldie tells Breda that they’ve found Sylver’s mother in a nursing home and they will tell him where she is. Mercedes tells him and they go to meet her…

Also today, Breda receives an anonymous letter with a picture of Louis’ burnt belongings. She realises that she's being blackmailed over her murderous ways.

Finally, Cleo is nervous about her date with Mitchell.

Wednesday

Romeo turns up at The Hutch, eager to make things right with Lily.

Later, Diane discovers that Lily is still self-harming and Lily opens up about how she truly feels.

Meanwhile, Walter bans the McQueens from Price Slice, so Mercedes bans the Deverauxs from The Dog. Later, Walter tells Mitchell that he doesn’t approve of him seeing Cleo.

Elsewhere, Sylver and Mercedes meet Sylver’s biological mother, Harriet. However, the meeting doesn't go as well as Sylver had hoped for.

Thursday

Breda tells Sylver all the tragedies of his past, but is it the truth?

Later, Breda's blackmailer gives her a deadly task.

Meanwhile, Mandy and Darren are back from London after her operation. Later, Juliet agrees to go for a meal with Mac after he offers her money for an outfit to wear, without any intention to go. Her crush, Darren, is back so she pays him a visit.

Elsewhere, Diane is desperate to help Lily, but seems to make matters worse by removing the bathroom door.

Friday

Darren is back at work and Juliet is helping him in the kitchen, after getting suspended from school. Darren reassures Mandy that he’s only a phone call away.

Later, Mandy desperately tries to get in contact with Darren after she feels sharp pains in her stomach, but Juliet has turned his phone to silent.

Meanwhile, Breda turns up at James’s with cake, asking him for legal advice.

Elsewhere, Scott, Martine and Lisa go to an 80s night party, Scott is dressed as Cruella De Ville, and Martine and Lisa are dressed as Mel and Kim.
