If you answered other in the poll, please state who you think it will be.
Sorry if this has already been posted, but i couldn't find it.
Ive heard that Den's body is discovered on Sharon and Dennis's wedding day, but does anyone know how.
Does anyone think that Kat will have something to do with it as she is the only one who knows about Den's demise that wasn't involved in his killing.
It would be a good way for her to freak Chrissie out.

my guess is as the vicarwill say,has anyone any reason why they shoudn't wed raise your hand now or forever hold your peace,there's a loud scream of tracy in the celler,they rush down to see dens raised hand,thats how i'd write it anyway

i know that the marraige dont happen in the vic, and that the body is discoverd druing their wedding reception, and tracy would never get such a big part..it would have to be discovered by a crucial character to the show or storyline

well i think its sam that goes down for it, because den is given a funeral (aperntly) check out my thread Peffy's coffin fit!

yeh someone said that a while ago, that would make sense as chrissie could have opened the hole and tried not to let anyone else see den but she would be preoccupied at sharon and dennis reception and someone else could go down there and see it?

sounds sensible i suppose...but would chrissie be that stupid to leave his body free to be discovered by anybody?
i wonder if leslie grantham will be in teh credits for that episode or

maybe chrissies tried to cover it up again and so she thinks its safe as no one can see it, then someone goes down there and uncovers the body, maybe sam could just be checking to see if dens still there? then someone walks down while shes down there and either sees her doing something in the hole or cos they came down quickly, theres no time to cover den back up and someone else sees him down there who doesnt know about it before and tells someone?
leslie grantham wont be on the credits as he wont be the one appearing, i doubt anyone will be on the credits for it

Sam does go down for Den's murder. I heard that Chrissie frames Sam and then leaves.
i voted other. i dont think it will be either sharon or dennis as they will be busy getting married! i reckon they are in the church saying their vows etc...then while this is happening chrissie decides to get the drains fixed, where she discovers her husbands body(ergh) 'oh no' she thinks, then she calls the police on sam and makes up some story so it looks like she killed him so then the police arrest sam for dens murder. while sharon and dennis are on their way to the vic...what do they see? dens body being dragged out and sam in handcuffs, with chrissie smirking in the background!

Same here, it has to be. Kat can't exactly attend Shannis's wedding accompinied by a spade and then go and dig up the body, and Sam and Chrissie wouldn't want to implicate themselves.

I don't think it will be either Sharon and Dennis. I cant see them down the celler on thier wedding day. Its got to be someone else. I can just imagine lots of police cars come storming into the sqaure. Poor Sharon, imagine finding out that your dad is dead on your wedding day.
I can wait for the episode though...its going to be brilliant! :thumbsup:

I thought she just catches her heel in the broken concrete and it just frightens Chrissie as the concrete is decaying.
That could be the case, and then Chrissie could have it recemented again, leading to the discovery of Den's body on Shannis's wedding day in mid august/early september. Does anyone have any new on the date?

I think Dennis will discover the body before the wedding and maybe has to face the dilemma of keeping it a secret so not to ruin Sharon's big day or telling his bride to be that her father is buried under his very own pub and they've spent the last few months marching over him

Yeah, it would be harsh if either Sharon or Dennis find Den, especially on their wedding day, however, it would make a good story line.

It's definitely what Enders need at the moment too.
If he is found by Dennis or Sharron, do you think it will be just after they get married? I gather it would not be before, as that would postpone the wedding.

It would make sense, but the storyline would be better if Sharon discoveres her dear old dad.

Ah bless, but I think it has to be Sharon. It's like Den has been trying to get her attention since she got back in the vic, such as her catching her heel in the cement and droping a glass bottle on it. She has to find him.

Yes Sharon should definetely find Den. The first time he supposedly died, she never had the chance to see the body, and so seeing it now would put the matter to rest, and yes it would be horrific but it's also closure. I don't think it would be as dramatic for Dennis to find him, because Dennis is relatively unshockable, he's killed before, Sharon is quite naive, especially when it comes to her dad.
And of course Dennis says that he hates Den and wishes he was dead, and Sharon still loves him after everything he's done, so she would be more upset than anybody. Mind you I think Dennis's feelings for his dad being dead will surprise him, nobody can feel nothing for your own flesh and blood, no matter what they've done, there's always going to be something there.
i think Dot will be on her driving test crash into the vic smashing the concrete into pieces and the body will be discovered by her.

In the Eastenders rumor mill, it states that there is apparently going to be a crash at the vic in which Den's body is discovered. I think that that is unlikely as his body is going to be found at Shannis's wedding reception, so i would say that Dot crashing into the vic is virtually impossible.

ok here is another theory, there could be some sort of accident in the celler for example a barrel explodes, a fire or flood causing lots of damage hence meaning that the concrete that is already cracking becomes beyond repair and needs replacing, or a delivery driver drops a barrel on the concrete and Dens hand appears ready to sign for the delivery
Very good! But even if there were cracks beginning to show, surely they would have buried him deep enough? :searchme:
