Bare Faced Chic
Step One
Using a lightweight concealer slightly lighter than your skin colour, dab the area under your eyes to conceal dark shadows. Then, use a concealer the same colour as your skin to conceal pimples.
Step Two
With some bronzing balls and a bronzer brush, sweep bronzer over your cheeks, nose and brow bones for a healthy colour.
Step Three
Use eyelash curlers to curl your lashes and then apply a coat of clear, brown or black mascara. Finish with a tinted lip balm on your lips.
Concealing Spots
Section One
Spread Oil free moisturiser all over your face. Use your finger to pat a little extra moisturiser on the zit and give it a second to absorb. By doing this the surface of the spot will be smooth rather than crusty and flaky.
Section Two
Use your fingertip or a small makeup brush to cover the zit in concealer. Don’t overblend, just pat it gently. Choose a concealer that matches your skin tone or one that is slightly darker.
Section Three
Set the concealer with a yellow toned powder on a cotton powder puff. Wipe off the excess with a small makeup brush.
Lengthy Lashes
Step One
Remove all traces of existing eye makeup with eye makeup remover and then give your lashes some curl with a pair of eyelash curlers. Position them as close to the eyelid as you can get them and hold for six seconds.
Step Two
Take your mascara and brush the wand from the root to the tip, sweeping the wand out to the side (towards your ear) as you go. Bringing the lashes out to the side like this makes them look longer and more elegant.
Step Three
Use a Q-tip dipped in eyeliner to carefully clean up any little mistakes and then use a lash comb to get rid of any clumps or stuck together lashes.
