With things already tense, Max and Rainie are further rocked when they receive some alarming news from Cora's solicitor.

As the news sinks in, Max loses his temper as he realises his chances of getting custody of Abi are in serious jeopardy. What has happened? And are Max's hopes about to be dashed?

Meanwhile, Max and Rainie are shocked to learn that Cora has given a statement to her solicitor, stating that their marriage is fake and that Rainie slept with Jack. When Max confronts his brother, Jack is forced to admit that it's true.

Later, Cora sticks to her guns and delivers some harsh words to Rainie and Max at the Queen Vic, sparking a furious response from Rainie.
