As the hospital reels from tragic news, Sacha (Bob Barrett) takes on a marathon operation - but Dom (David Ames) worries he’s taking on too much too soon.

Serena (Catherine Russell) is pulled in all directions when Leah (Hannah Daniel) - a sparky new junior doctor - struggles with a problematic first patient.

Fletch (Alex Walkinshaw) feels he should spend some quality time with his dad after Steven’s (Jesse Birdsall) heroics, while helping Mikey (Kai O’Loughlin) - if only other people would stop getting in the way.

I thought the same too. But then reading the rest of the spoilers makes me wonder why they have a new junior doctor. So maybe it's Meena that dies.
I`ve suspected it for a while - especially when Nicky has been so vile to her, and Meena feels all alone. So maybe Meena is in so much despair she drinks so much she passes out, and dies. Either on purpose or accidental.
Just a theory. I have been wrong in the past.

Meena has brought it all in herself. Obviously I’m not saying that she should commit suicide, if that’s what happens. But she was horrible to Nicky and others.

Or maybe it's Gaskell that bumps her off.
I feel quite sorry for Meena. Nicky has been so vile towards Meena now that she has a new set of friends, and throwing it in Meena's face. With fair weathered friends like Nicky - who needs enemies?
