im looking for some fun ways to exercise! anyone know any!!

i have a strider but that boring and i find it hard to move my bum off the chair to get on it!!

I owned horses and rode from 5-15 and have found that my backside is now HUGE!!! Don't know whether it's from the hours of sitting in the saddle or just my family genes but hey......it used to do the rest of me the world of good though.

trampolinings fun, im a bit obessed lol! but it keeps healthy your whole body as it uses loads of different muscles - legs, arms, stomach, heart etc

try putting on some of your favourate music that you can dance too.especially music like clubland or songs in the charts that are quite bouncy and have good beats. just dance your socks off to that for about 15 mins
its great if youve had a stressful day or when you wake in the morning. im a disco dancer so i have lots of exercise and motivation and keeps you fit.thats really good for you.dancings great but you may not be a dancey type of person lol

me and my little boy do that every day anyway!! we dance when we clean dance when we tidy dance when we are playing!!

um "bedroom" activityIts supposed to burn off the same amount of calories as an 8 mile jog or something, I heard.

I'm going to start going badminton with my eldest when I've had this one, how about something like that???

you mean changing sheets , hoovering bedroom, etc dont yu??

yep of course :angel: turning the mattrace over is a good way to build up arm mussles as is moving the bed and hoovering under it!

of course it is and the constant pulling of the duvet off your greedy husband when he hogs it all at night again arm muscles. the kicking when your husband snores too loudly!!! that good for your leg muscles

Dancing is a good way to loss weight, but there are so many forms of dancing the best is suppose to be line dancing and beleive it or not belly dancing.

4. People Watching... stay current in the fashion trends by walking around the shops. Yes, you are still exercising.

5. Exercise in the pool. Has to be the easiest and the most fun. Chances are you will forget that you are exercising at all.

Playstation dance mats or the eye toy things. you dont think it is that energetic but it is!!!

I have a dance mat too!
They are really good, I have just bought dancing stage fushion. Its my favourite dancing game yet because you can plug the eye toy into it, there is also an 'endless' mode were you can just dance continously to songs.

Why not just go to for a nice slow walk for roughly 45 minutes, and it says you should loose 100 cals!! I am going to start soon, hopefully it will work

the thing that gets my mum down the gym is the tv's. shje can watch music channels and all the soaps just like she would on the sofa, only this way she's getting rid of excess bagage! lol

yeah have tried that but it still bores me!

I wouldn't got to a gym... you will lose motivation having to leave your house on a cold night.. Dancing around the house, bedroom activity.. running around after kids all day is also a good way to lose weight... or my favourite: be a kid again and go to a park and play on the swings and slides... so much fun and you will also feel years younger...
