Bea struggles to regain her confidence on her first day back at work, while Alicia and Ethan have a heart-to-heart and agree to be friends again.

Connie tries to unpick a mystery when her friend Maggie returns to the ED in a terrible state, with her husband Ray who has stab wounds to his arms. Will Connie be able to get to the bottom of her friend's situation?

Meanwhile, Louise declares war on the hospital parking company when her attempts to appeal her parking fine are unsuccessful.

Elsewhere, Bea struggles to regain her confidence on her first day back.
