any good at deisgning webiste son frontpage?

i am but i have a query

how do you do scroll down text boxes like are in one postion and you have to scroll down to see the text

an exmaple is the news section of madonna's website

does anyone know how to do that on frontpage???

For scroll bar/boxes try searching ScrollBar exactly how I typed it on www.google.co.uk and it should give some interesting results. Some you can choose colour of it. Hope this helps :)
