Megan is fearful that Frank has been cheating on her again and she ends up sharing a kiss with Graham during a business meeting.

Later, Megan is shocked when Frank explains that he wasn't cheating and reveals the real reason for his secrecy by getting down on one knee to propose. But what will her answer be?

Meanwhile, Charity is driven to obsession.

Megan tries to contain her secret and wants Graham to keep quiet, but will it be that simple?

Meanwhile, Aaron and Robert are both proud to think Liv is dealing with things as they prepare to leave after their latest visit. However, Steve approaches them and soon Aaron is left concerned.

Noah and Joe share some brotherly bonding time at the edge of a quarry, chucking stones into the water. They share their thoughts and it's emotional as they bond.

Noah dares Joe to jump off the edge and Joe impulsively does it. However, when Joe doesn't resurface, Noah is left terrified that his brother is dead.

Meanwhile, Belle conceals her inner torment.
