Monday (1)


Details of what happened between Phelan and Eileen at the lighthouse reach the residents of Weatherfield.

Shock reverberates across the cobbles as questions are asked and crimes are uncovered.

Meanwhile, Craig breaks the news to the Platts that Neil Clifton is appealing against his conviction. As Bethany says she will not go back in court to give evidence, David comforts her, trying to conceal his own inner pain and bolts out of the room.

Elsewhere, Sophie tells Aidan, Maria and Rosie that she has an interview for a manager job at a new restaurant in Manchester.


Monday (2)

Shona speaks to David about the fact they haven't been intimate for some time. She asks him to join her in bed.

David says he will follow Shona up, but once she heads upstairs, he gets his coat and leaves.

Meanwhile, when the police visit Bethany, they are surprised to discover that Craig told her about Neil's appeal and suggest Craig takes a break from his Special Constable work. Later, an anxious Craig is doing his OCD rituals when Bethany calls round. He gets upset and blames her for what has happened.

Elsewhere, Rosie and Aidan wait excitedly for Sophie to finish her interview, but she reveals she didn't get the job.


Wednesday (1)

Finding David asleep on the sofa, Shona tells him that he needs to stop messing her about. Soon afterwards, David quizzes Maria about HIV tests, before heading to an STI clinic. He gives them Gary's name, but when they start asking about his recent sexual history, David bottles it and leaves.

At home, Shona has packed a bag, but as she heads out, David grabs her and kisses her passionately.

Meanwhile, Craig's OCD rituals are increasing. When the police come to search the flat as Andy's last known residence, Craig can't cope and panics. He bolts the door shut and refuses to allow anyone to come in.

Elsewhere, Aidan asks Angie to take a look at the factory books.

Also, Mary is surprised to find that Jude won't really talk about his new job. Mary admits she is worried as she thinks Jude is ashamed of her.

Finally, Aidan and Rosie discovers the restaurant owner gave his girlfriend the job, while Dev makes Chesney dress as a giant fish to promote the fish and chip shop.


Wednesday (2)

Shona demands answers from David, but he can't tell her the truth so asks her to leave. Roy agrees to let a devastated Shona stay with him and Carla.

Later, Josh tries to intimidate David in the Rovers back yard.

Meanwhile, the police, Beth and Bethany try to persuade Craig to let them in. Bethany manages to get in via the balcony fire door, but finds Craig in a frenzy, conducting his rituals as the police burst in. Maria suggests he might have OCD and they persuade him to see the doctor, who agrees to refer him.

Elsewhere, while dressed as a giant fish, Chesney is horrified when Dev accidentally breaks the zip, trapping him in the suit. Dev has to call Gina to help get Chesney out of the fish costume.

Also, Aidan and Rosie tell Sophie that the reason she didn't get the restaurant job was because the manager gave it to his girlfriend.


Friday (1)

Mary is trying to impress Jude by learning about marine life and boring Tracy with her knowledge.

Soon afterwards, Jude's lack of knowledge of the marine biology titles he collects from the Kabin intrigues Tracy. When Mary says that she and Angie are going to surprise Jude at work for lunch, Tracy decides to tag along. As Mary and Tracy arrive first with Angie on the phone outside, they make a shocking discovery.

Meanwhile, Shona is pleased when David asks to meet her in The Rovers and confides in Josh that he might have come to his senses. She's gutted when David arrives in the pub with the rest of her stuff in bags.

Elsewhere, Craig tells Bethany he is embarrassed about his OCD and worries people will think he is mad. She assures him that he will get better. When the police arrive to let her know Neil's appeal is likely to go ahead, she asks them to be more lenient with Craig for telling her about it.

Also, there's tension at the Bistro when both Ali and Carla join Robert and Michelle to celebrate the renaming of the restaurant as the Viaduct Bistro. Michelle is oblivious to the attraction between her son and Carla.

Finally, Daniel tells Sinead that he feels responsible for introducing Vinny's mum Flora to Phelan and decides to look for her.


Friday (2)

Will Mary and Tracy keep Jude's secret from Angie?

Meanwhile, David is concerned when Josh invites Chesney back to his house for lunch. David is unable to bring himself to warn Chesney, instead taking out his frustration on an oblivious Gary and Sarah.

Storming round to the garage later, David tells Josh he is going to report him to the police, but is even more shocked when he witnesses him flirting with Alya. Josh tells David that he will prove he has a girlfriend, making David's claims less believable.

Elsewhere, Craig is furious that Bethany has talked to the police about him, but Beth assures him Bethany meant no harm and is just looking out for him.

Also, Gary tells Sarah that he plans to be part of his baby's life.

Finally, Michelle scoffs when Robert says that Ali has the hots for Carla.
