please help!

does any one know how to send things e.g music and videos to a samsung d500 phone through the internet using bluetooth?
Before any of you ask i do have a bluetooth device on my computer. lol.

i think you have to save it to your pc and then choose from your bluetooth device on your pc send files and then select the device and send it (tht's if it is the same as my pc)
