Monday (1)
Anna's trial continues and Roy is called as a witness. He gives Anna a glowing character reference, but is forced to admit that she did slap Seb in the café.
In the cab office, Eileen sees some CCTV footage of Gary and Tim apparently threatening Seb. Will Eileen take the evidence to the police?
Meanwhile, Gary follows Bethany as she enters a lap-dancing club and is horrified to realise Bethany and her mate both work there as dancers. Gary tries to drag Bethany out of the club, but she makes out that she's never seen Gary before and summons security. The bouncer moves in on Gary.
Elsewhere, Eva finds Toyah in floods of tears. Toyah reveals that Jacqui the surrogate has lost the baby. Eva guiltily thinks about her own baby.
Also, Gemma excitedly makes party plans for Henry. Billy busies himself helping out at the community centre, but suddenly wracked with pain, he collapses on the floor.
Monday (2)
When Tim is called as a witness, he's forced to admit that he and Gary encouraged Seb to change his story. Anna's heart sinks, while Phelan looks like the cat who's got the cream.
As the judge sums up the case, what will be the verdict?
Meanwhile, when Craig is called to a fracas at the lap-dancing club, he's appalled to see that Gary has been beaten up. Craig takes Bethany home, where devoid of any shame, she tells Sarah that she's been working as a lap-dancer and Gary came into the club and tried to grope her.
Horrified, Sarah heads to the hospital. When Gary explains that Bethany set him up with her mate and then framed him for assault, will Sarah accept this?
Elsewhere, as Peter addresses his alcoholics' group, Toyah slips in at the back, hoping for a quiet word. However, when Peter describes how thrilled he is about their baby and how it's going to change his life, will her resolve weaken?
Also, Gemma throws Henry a Newton & Ridley themed surprise party in The Rovers. Henry is genuinely touched and dons the sailor costume with pride.
Finally, Adam finds Billy on the community centre floor, clearly in a lot of pain. Masking his delight, Adam helps him back into his wheelchair, telling Billy that he can get his hands on some stronger painkillers. Billy tells Eileen he's taken a call from Todd – he's meeting him and Summer tomorrow then they are all going away together.
Wednesday (1)
Eva asks Aidan to meet her in The Rovers, but when Peter sees Maria being comforted by Aidan over Luke, he misreads the situation and tells Eva that Aidan was all over Maria.
Having stumbled upon Eva's upset state, Shona takes her back to The Rovers, where Eva tells her that she can't tell Aidan about the baby. A shocked Toyah overhears.
Meanwhile, Gail hears Sarah and Bethany rowing and is horrified to realise Bethany is working as a lap-dancer. Gary calls at Number 8 and tells Sarah she has every right to hate him. How will she react?
Elsewhere, Eileen drives Billy to meet Todd and Summer, but when they arrive, they're shocked to see Summer alone, revealing that Todd is not coming after the police caught up with them. Billy is horrified. Later, playing the caring friend, Adam calls at Number 11. With Billy out, Adam swaps Billy's strong painkillers for ordinary paracetamol.
Also, Tracy is underwhelmed when Steve gives her a bunch of flowers for her birthday, but he has another surprise up his sleeve. Amy deliberately sabotages her old phone, but Steve sees through her ruse.
Finally, Gina is inundated with orders but forgets to pick up her medication.
Wednesday (2)
Stunned by the baby news, Toyah agrees to take Eva to the hospital.
When the scan reveals everything is fine, Toyah implores Eva to keep the baby and tell Aidan everything.
Meanwhile, Sarah confides in Shona that she still loves Gary, but is worried about how Bethany will react. Will Gary agree to give her time?
Elsewhere, Billy tries to comfort Summer, masking his own turmoil. Wincing in pain, Billy takes a couple of painkillers, unaware they're only paracetamol. Adam watches, pleased that his plan is coming together.
Also, Tyrone and Kevin discuss fundraising ideas in memory of Luke. Amy agrees to be without her phone for two weeks if Steve will too.
Finally, Brian is roped in to be a model for Gina and is taken aback by her over the top behaviour.
Friday (1)
Nicola calls at the builder's yard.
Telling Phelan how sorry she is for disbelieving him, Nicola begs for his forgiveness.
Meanwhile, learning that Bethany has a day off, Gail and Audrey decide to check out the lap-dancing club, unaware that Bethany has been called in to cover for another girl. Boss Lulu is suspicious about the pair's questions and when Bethany walks on stage and spots her mum and gran in the audience, she is mortified. Have they lost her the job?
Elsewhere, when Leanne arrives back from visiting Janice, the sight of Oliver troubles Eva as she struggles to decide what to do about the baby.
Also, handsome newcomer Josh arrives at the garage to apply for the mechanic's job.
Finally, Billy is struggling with the pain and ups his dose of painkillers, Adam phones Geraldine with the news that Summer's back home with Billy, while Tim and Gary are frustrated at not being able to track down Seb.
Friday (2)
Nicola apologises to Eileen for not standing up for her dad when he was innocent all along.
At the same time, Phelan is thrilled to have got the Site Manager job at the old mill project.
Meanwhile, Bethany is furious with Audrey and Gail for getting her sacked. Sarah makes a decision which shocks Gail and Audrey.
Elsewhere, Billy tells Adam the painkillers aren't working, Adam offers to get him stronger ones. At the same time, Geraldine catches up with Summer, telling her how worried she's been. Summer insists they only went on the run because of her and she's staying with Billy.
Also, Josh gets the job and suggests a charity boxing match in memory of Luke.
Finally, Adam takes Eva out for dinner.

We could be getting to the end. Just another five or six years I reckon and that should be the end.

Rosie was in the office using the internet on the night Phelan planted evidence to incriminate Anna. I'm still hoping she will come forward as a surprise witness...

I literally said this same thing the other day. Rosie, Todd, Adam etc could’ve easily proved Anna’s innocence.
But the Soap Police never do like to arrest the right people or do any ACTUAL detective work.

How come Anna's brief did not question Pat Phelan about the job he was doing at the time Seb fell, the job Anna discovered when she broke into the builder's yard
Total crap this storyline.
In RL Anna would have told her brief about what she discovered at the builder's yard and it would have been investigated. More holes than a colander :wall:
It is a shame they could not come up with something better than sending her down unless she will be a part of his downfall we do not know about yet. If this really is the last we have seen of Anna, it is the usual disappointing crap exit we have become used to .. I have at least ... and is not as if they did not have enough time to get a decent storyline together ...
Corrie are advertising for script writers at the moment
Let's hope they can find someone who doesn't live in lala land who can actually put a script together that is realistic and makes sense.

Here's mine. Do you think I'll get the job?
The year is 2025. The camera pans down Coronation Street to see that there are many For Sale boards outside the houses. In the middle of the street, Ken and Rita meet by chance. Rita says, "Oh hello, Ken. Good to see a familiar face for a change."
"I know what you mean, Rita," Ken replies, "So many people gone. Apart from you and me, there's only that nice Pat Phelan and Eileen left from the old days. Of course, a few newcomers have moved in, but they don't seem to last long. I've never known so many murders as we've had in the last few years. Even in the time of Richard Hillman we saw nothing like this."
"Yes," nods Rita in agreement, "and yet somehow the police can't seem to get to the bottom of it. It's all very mysterious. People won't move in out of fear."
Ken looks around. "Do you remember, Rita, when this was a thriving little community? Now the Rover's Return is closed. We have no corner shop or newsagent. Roy's Rolls closed up and even the kebab shop gone. No-one to work there and no customers. It's all very sad."
Suddenly Pat Phelan comes out of his front door brandishing a gun, which he points at Rita and shoots her dead. He then goes back indoors where Eileen makes him a nice cup of tea. Ken immediately phones the police and tells them what's happened. After a couple of hours a police car turns up and two policemen get out. Ken shows them Rita's body.
"Well well, yet another murder in Coronation Street," says the first policeman, "it's all very mysterious."
"No it isn't," says Ken, "I saw exactly what happened."
"Oh right," says the other policeman. "In that case, we'll be round to ask for a statement in due course."
When the police still hadn't been round in two weeks, Ken rings the station to ask when they are coming to take his statement. The voice at the other end says, "Oh, sorry, we won't be sending anyone round. We've decided there's no point. We've put the murder down to just one of those things. We won't be investigating any further. You look after yourself Mr Barlow."
Just as he puts the phone down, Pat Phelan bursts into his house and shoots him dead."
Back home, Eileen makes him another cup of tea and says, "So it's just you and me now, Pat. I'm so lucky to have you. I'm sorry I ever doubted you."
Pat shoots her and Coronation Street finally comes to an end.
They should definately appoint you! Glad Eileen gets shot in the end!
