Hi Chance.
There are no cheats for Batman Begins yet.
You can unlock special bonus features, but to do this you have to fully complete the game.
Hope that is of some help.
Best thing you can do is look out at your local newsagents for ps2 magazines with batman begins on the front. Chances are they will have a full walkthrough in them, which will be helpful. :)
