Casualty spoiler: Ethan receives a threatening note

Ethan is rocked when he discovers a sinister note in his locker – someone knows he let Scott Ellisson die. Fearing the worst, he immediately goes to Connie. Finding it increasingly difficult to keep her illness secret, Connie is rude to Ethan.
Realising that Connie isn't coping too well, Ethan asks her about her treatment. Connie reveals that she won't be pursuing treatment options. Alarmed, Ethan tries to make her change her mind.
Later, Ethan tells Connie that he's going to do the right thing in the hope that she will too – he's handing himself in to the police. Will Ethan really go through with it, and if so, will this make Connie change her mind?
Meanwhile, following his first day nerves, Rash is determined to impress his new mentor Alicia. However, while in resus, his nerves get the better of him again.
