Monday

Victoria is shocked when Adam reveals that he found Emma's suicide note in his car, but he refuses to tell the police.

Soon afterwards, the police arrive and arrest Adam for Emma's murder, but he continues to deny Emma was in his car.

Meanwhile, Gerry has overstayed his welcome with Doug and Diane.

Elsewhere, when an old friend, Morris, from Hotten Council contacts Pollard for a round of golf, Pollard arrogantly dissuades Faith from joining them, believing it's bound to be an important meeting regarding council business.

Tuesday

Victoria is alarmed when Adam storms off to confront Ross, but Ross looks shocked to learn that Emma was attacked before she fell from the viaduct.

Later, Ross relays to Pete his earlier conversation with Adam. Pete grows suspicious of Ross, wondering when he found out about their mother's murder, but Ross insists he found out at the same time as Pete.

Meanwhile, Rodney tries to ask out Faith, who's been stood up by Pollard, but she knocks him back and leaves him humiliated.

Elsewhere, while golfing with Morris, Pollard is horrified to learn an access road is due to be built through his house plot, if he doesn't pay a small bribe.

Wednesday

Adam thinks Ross or Pete is behind Emma's death.

Later, Adam's suspicions only grow further when he learns that Ross has packed a bag and left the village. Is this a sign of a guilty conscience?

Meanwhile, Kath turns up at Home Farm to talk with Robert in private. Later, Robert reveals that Kath has offered him a job away, leaving Lachlan delighted and Lawrence uneasy. Robert implies he'll take the job, leaving Lawrence devastated.

Elsewhere, things get worse for Pollard when he learns that the Dingles' house will be knocked down instead of his own.

Thursday (1)

When Rebecca's car plays up, Victoria convinces a reluctant Aaron to take it out for a run to see what's wrong with it.

Mid-run, it breaks down just as Rebecca's waters break. Miles from anywhere, will Rebecca and Aaron make it to the hospital?

Meanwhile, Robert is compromised.

Elsewhere, Pollard hides his true feelings.

Thursday (2)

Robert is emotional as Rebecca gives birth.

Meanwhile, as Bernice rambles on to regular client Mrs Dumphreys, she doesn't seem to be listening and Bernice is utterly shocked when the lady drops to the floor, dead.

As Mrs Dumphreys is taken away by paramedics, Nicola starts to root through the old lady's bag and finds a betting slip. What will she do with it?

Elsewhere, Liv is aghast to see the damage Gerry has caused to Aaron's car.

Friday

Robert makes a confession.

Meanwhile, Nicola tries to tempt Bernice after the incident with Mrs Dumphreys.

Elsewhere, Pollard vows to make amends after recent events with Faith.

As well as a confession note, did Emma also prepare a goodbye suicide note or is it one note only?

I think it is all one note .. she confessed and probably explained then that she can't carry on living with all she has done

Seems its another week of Hit & Miss storylines. And yes they are really dragging Emma's murder out probably into the new year. :thumbsdow

Yes. And I’m still wondering if Gabby was the one who took the letter from the church, read it, saw the confession and the fact she couldn’t live with what she’d done to people and was off to end it all and so thinks she drove Emma to try and top herself when she ‘outed her’ with the memory card, hence the “sorry for what I did to you” note on the flowers Pete found at the aquaduct and her guilty conscience behaviour since.

Gabby then put it in Adam's car?

Pretty crappy of Victoria to by the sound of it guilt Aaron into helping Rebecca.

Quite possibly yes. Or the person who did kill Emma (if she was indeed killed) found the letter if Gabby discarded it elsewhere once she found out Emma had been murdered. I’ve been wondering where that memory card actually went for a while. It was last seen in the projector in the church and we saw Emma putting that away after Gabby had run out the church. So I assumed Emma had managed to get it back from that - albeit too late. She may have put it in with the confession letter which would explain how Gabby has it now, if she did indeed take the letter:hmm:

What if none of the people in the frame killed Emma? And it was someone else entirely?
Or she did just top herself after all and this murder thing is all just a red herring?

Or maybe Pearl has too much gin and had a mad moment and shoved her off....:D

They should’ve just left it at her commiting suicide. I bet they’re gonna drag this out until Xmas :wall:

I said the same thing. Emma committing suicide was poetic justice. It was very fitting for her to die with the ghost of James & Finn. Iain (whats his face) had ruined a perfectly good ending to Emma.

Totally agree. I thought her committing suicide would be the end of it and she’d be gone for good. But she’s still causing havoc even when she’s dead.

And I seriously wish they’d get better Soap Police. I get so irritated watching these stupid detectives/coppers arresting every tom, dick and Harry in the village with the most pathetic evidence and reasons and never actually doing any basic detective work prior to arresting someone. The fact that the solicitor had to point out that Emma’s dna could’ve easily been transferred by Ross when Adams car is in the garage? I mean its not rocket science and basic stuff (although it could quite possibly have been transferred by the letter when it was put in his car). One character has an argument with Emma and the police have them as their chief suspect for that reason only. It’s ludicrous.

If I was a real police officer, I’d be seriously insulted at how they portray my profession in these soaps.
