Eviction nominee Max wants the public to keep him in the house but still cannot help thinking about departed partner Saskia.
"I'd like to stay," he admitted to Orlaith this afternoon. "Someone's got to keep the boys company, ain't they? Somebody's gotta do the jokes."
Looking ahead to the possible scenario of his departure, he continued: "All my pals will be out there waiting for me. Hopefully Saskia will be out there waiting for me and she won't have emigrated.
"I hope she's not watching it - I've been a right slob the last couple of days. I've been in my shorts all the times and I haven't bothered to do my hair."
Max also took the opportunity to challenge Orlaith about her numerous early nights. "There's no craic," she informed him. "What do you [stay up and] do? Just pick your nose?"
