we are going to cornwall in august and taking our kids age 15 months and 9 years. i really want to go to the eden project but not sure what else there is! has anyone got any ideas or have you been somewhere there that you recomend??? i would really appriciate any tips or ideas

hmmmm im trying to think and ill get back to you. but ill give you a tip for the eden project, either go really early in the morning when it opens or later on in the afternoon at about 3pm/4pm as its not as crowded then

Its always ok on the beaches there, i think they are pretty clean ETC, your kids might enjoy doing that for a little bit

Cornish Babe should be able to give you loads of tips!!! I'm in Devon (wave on your way down the M5!! :lol: ) Whereabouts in Cornwall are you staying, North/South etc, cause that can make a difference on where you may want to go - it gets very busy in our 2 counties during the summer hols, so you wouldn't want to spend hours stuck in traffic!!! Flambards and Crealy are pretty good ones though.

www.cornwalltouristboard.co.uk is good site, loads of options for searching for different places to go. A lot depends on what sort of places you are thinking of, but there are loads of nice beaches, gardens and childrens attractions. Try the website though, as its got a really good search facility within it. Hope that helps, and like I say, give us a wave !! :cheer:
