Olivia’s shocked to learn the identity of Irene’s mystery man. Tori’s developing a crush. John’s friends rally around to help him reconcile his father’s actions.


Tuesday

Justin finally convinces Brody to attend a NA meeting. As baby Luc recovers, Tori feels awkward around Ash after having a fantasy about him. Irene reveals that Mick wants access to Luc.


Wednesday

Brody apologises to Alf and works harder towards his recovery. Ash comes up with a solution to keep Mick away for good. The Astonis take a much needed trip to Summer Bay.


Thursday

The Astonis are desperate to leave Summer Bay after Ziggy causes more trouble. John searches for closure in regards to his past. Kat and Ash are divided over the decision to adopt Luc.

Here Comes Trouble.

A New Family Arrives To Stir Up Summer Bay.

Roll out the welcome wagon, because some fresh faces are about to arrive in Summer Bay. And they're going to make quite a splash.

In Home and Away this week, viewers glimpse a mysterious young woman when she stumbles into Brody's life - literally!

Her appearance comes in the midst of Brody's battle with his drug addiction, which has seen his life spiral out of control and shattered his siblings.

After a run-in with Alf, Justin admonishes his brother. He needs to shape up - and fast. Brody agrees to attend a Narcotics Anonymous meeting.

During the session, however, Brody becomes uncomfortable and excuses himself to use the bathroom. Suddenly, a girl named Ziggy (Sophie Dillman) bursts through the door and asks Brody to hide her.

"Ziggy is running away from an issue she's caused in the city," Sophie, 24, reveals. "She beelines straight to a bathroom to hide and it just so happens to be the bathroom where Brody is having a moment."

They sneak into Brody's car as a man runs out looking for her. All the while, Brody worries he's just got himself into an even bigger mess.

Who is this mystery girl and what has she done?

"Brody questions what he's doing, but Ziggy doesn't give him a choice," Sophie explains. "She's only worried about not getting in trouble."

The next day, Brody runs into Ziggy at the Surf Club. He offers to show her around, but she declines and runs off.

Ziggy arrives home to find her father, Ben (Rohan Nichol), waiting for her. We learn he's the man who was looking for her earlier. He chastises his daughter for her behaviour - she stole a car and fled!

Meanwhile, Ziggy's mum, Maggie, arrives home with their younger daughter, Coco. She's just been suspended from school. Looks like these girls have a rebellious streak.

"They're a normal family," Sophie says. "But they're just trying to make things work with two kids."

Maggie decides they need a family getaway. The next day, they all jump in the car and head to Summer Bay.

After splashing about in the water, Ben suggests they hit the road. But the car won't start.

Alf offers to help. Ben says hello and introduces the clan as the Astoni family. After some deliberation, Alf realises the car is no quick-fix.

Looks like the Astoni family are here to stay!


[Trivia Time: This isn't Rohan Nichol's first role in H&A. Back in 2004, he had a guest stint as Tasha's (Isabel Lucas) rich father's right-hand man, Stafford McRae.]


Can You Keep A Secret? Irene Shocks Olivia With Her Revelation.

The identity of Irene's mystery caller is finally exposed this week. Has she got a new man or is it something more sinister?

At the Diner, Olivia (Raechelle Banno) sees Irene (Lynne McGranger) secretly talking on the phone and wonders who it could be.

Irene shifts uncomfortably as Olivia questions her. Finally, Irene snaps and tells her to drop the matter.

At home, Olivia continues to nag Irene. She's worried Irene is ashamed of her new romance.

"Olivia is interpreting the calls as a secret boyfriend," Lynne, 64, says. "In the end, she throws up her hands and tells her."

Be warned: Irene's revelation is sure to send shock waves through the Bay.
