Yeh, that baby was Ryan's son. she lied to him saying that the baby had died after he moved back to Chino to look after her, so he went back to the Cohens and Marissa.

We don't know if it's Ryan's baby. It could either have been his or Eddie's. That'll be a storyline for the next series probably.
