The time I went on a murederous rampage and gunned down twenty seven people in the street then had an affair with the local married police inspector who was a woman which was why I didn't get arrested. Then, of course, a who's the daddy? episode ensued and a son I'd had many years before who I knew nothing about turned up with his daughter and asked me to take them in because their adopted parents had just gone to prison for murdering their natural mother.....

That could keep the Soap going for a while.
