I think it is Tom quill, he's mentioned on the returning actors list on wiki (ok, not the most reliable source, but it could be true)

TV Week has the following Neighbours plot teaser for the week 29th May - 2nd June:

Childbirth Horror. Will Paige And Her Baby Survive?

Pregnant Paige has to fight for her life when she gives birth before reaching the hospital in Neighbours this week.

Feeling overwhelmed by her pregnancy, Paige (Olympia Valance) is in low spirits. She's confused about what her future holds with Jack, the father of her unborn baby.

Hoping for some closure, Paige visits the shack where the baby was conceived. Jack is understanding, but tells Paige he's concerned that accompanying her might stir up unresolved feelings.

"Paige feels like she needs to do this," Olympia, 24, says. "It sounds a crazy thing to do, but she really does think it would be beneficial."

She sets off with Piper and Susan instead. When they reach the woods, Susan, who's feeling a bit woozy, and Piper, who still has a broken leg, elect to remain in the car.

Once inside the shack, Paige barely has time to reminisce about her roll in the hay before events take a dramatic turn - her waters break!

An intense contraction hits and she doubles over in pain.

"Paige is petrified," Olympia says. "She's there all alone, thinking she'll have to give birth to her breech baby on her own in a shack.

"She really feels she or her baby might die."

Meanwhile, at the car, Piper and Susan grow worried Paige hasn't returned. Despite feeling unwell, Susan stumbles over to the shack and is horrified to find Paige in labour.

Promising to get help, she manages to reach the car before she's overcome with dizziness. With no mobile phone reception, and Susan unable to drive, Piper bravely takes the wheel.

When they finally have phone reception, Piper calls for help.

Back on Ramsay Street, Karl and Jack are sick of waiting for the girls. They hurry to the shack and reach Paige just in time.

With Jack at Paige's side, Dr Karl delivers a beautiful baby boy. But the elation is short-lived when Paige collapses from exhaustion and excessive blood loss.

With a long drive to the hospital, and both Paige and her baby in a critical condition, Karl begins to fear the worst....

(Trivia time: In 1987, seven years before he landed the role of Karl, Alan Fletcher had a small role in Neighbours as Greg Cooper, a run-down ex-boxer.)

Evil Finn Kelly's plot to bring down Susan Kennedy turns really nasty in Neighbours next week when the school principal ends up in hospital and is ousted from her job.

Mrs K needs urgent medical attention after a funny turn out in the bush with Paige Smith and Piper Willis (where the trip to the countryside ends in a dramatic labour for Paige), and sneaky Finn is rubbing his hands with glee when he's made acting principal of Erinsborough High while Susan is signed off sick.

Having secretly messed with Susan's medication in recent episodes, Ramsay Street's resident rascal appears poised to execute his master plan of getting the head teacher out of the way so he can run the school, but her niece and fellow teacher Elly Conway is onto him.

Finn gets wind that Elly has been doing some digging, and turns ruthless during a heated confrontation. Can Elly stand her ground or is calculating Mr Kelly one step ahead of her yet again?

Meanwhile, Finn has the nerve to visit Susan in hospital with flowers and false wishes for a speedy recovery - but later in the week Elly is suspicious that Finn has something to do with Susan's illness. Doctors are initially unsure what's caused it, as the Kennedys' face their deepest fear that Susan's MS symptoms have returned, but no one knows about fiendish Finn meddling with Mrs Kennedy's meds. What damage has he done to her long-term health?

It's a race against time for Elly to find evidence about Finn's underhand machinations, can she recruit anyone else in Erinsborough to help stop him? Will her plan backfire? And what about Finn's hold over teenager Xanthe Canning - how does he plan to use her in his quest for power?

Neighbours airs these scenes from Tuesday 30 May on Channel 5 at 1.45pm and 6.30pm and throughout next week.
