i have got 2 cats called nimrod and salem ( but we call him **** because he is a bit stupid!!)

Aww :( my 1st cat was called Chloe i had her from when i was a baby until i was 18 and then she just disappeard, i think she went to die as she was really old, they do say cats crawl off to somewhere quiet to die, i was gutted.
It's horrible when animals get run over, ive seen about 4 rabbits today that have been run over :(

dookie was the first cat i got when i moved in to my own house and she got run over when she was 2

i took in gizmo from my sister and we had to have her put down when she was 10 as she had a tumour in her mouth

nimrod has been hit twice but is still alive he had a broken pelvis in febuary, he also has fiv

and salem has been hit once he is still alive but also has fiv

also i had a dog called dolly for my 8th birthday from my dad she was a scottie but had to be put down when i was 18 as she had a big tumour

last but not least i had a ferret called barley and my step dad sold him just before i had my little boy nearly 10 years ago!!

i have 2 cats called smudge and daisy. smudge is black and white and really fluffy and daisys tabby. ive had other cats before too but they all died and had rabbits but they died too. also had a giant african land snail

yeh. it was about a year after the cat id had since i was a baby called muffin died and we thought we could get another cat so we went to this rescue centre and my mum said she would have any of them and that she didnt want to choose as then she would want then all! but there was this cat who was hiding right in the corner and she was really scared and they said that 3 people had already brought her back within a couple of months so we thought we would have her. smudge was a bit annoyed to start with as hed had the house to himself for a year and i think he thought that she was a replacement for muffin as he treated muffin like his mum, but he likes her now

i used to have 2 cats called Shelly (a torturshell(sp?!)) and a ginger tom cat called Casper. i miss them but now we have a hamster called Cari (short for caramel coz of her colour) and she has this huge cage. She's spoilt rotten!!

1 tortoise - tommy male was called lucy as we thought he was female

Yellow Lab very naughty died aged 14
Yorkshire Terrier She was so little only 5lbs in weight died aged 7(tumour)
Yorkshire Terrier/cannin cross such a good and freindly dog died aged 16
German Shepherd my favourite one of all died of old age 17
dwarf Rabbit grey loved to eat my plants died aged 7
Chinchilla grey he was funny to watch in his sand bath died aged 8

I now have a long haired German Shepherd she was 4 on wednesday
I look after my sisters Pet Rat when she goes on holiday

I've got 2 guinea pigs - Dick and Dom (in the rabbit hutch, aptly named by my two boys!!) both male. Can't have cats or dogs (however much I want another boxer) because Stephen is allergic to them!!

Urghh, I don't like them. They started with 5 and a few month later, loads of eggs were laid, They didn't think they would all survive, but 80% of them did!!

mine died! we got him from a teacher at my junior school as she kept them in her classroom and hers had babies, so she let the kids have them. hers are really big, their shells are about the size of tennis balls or bigger. mine survived for about 3 years but it didnt really grow at all and it didnt eat much either

I have 2 cats called Nala (from the lion king) and Molly. Nala is still a kitten she is black and white. i bought her last year as a birthday present for my daughter. A few days after we got Nala we were out visiting friends and we found a box had been abandon with a mother cat and five kittens inside but two of the kittens were already dead. i took them to the vets, the kittens were only two weeks old. When they were old enough the remaining three went to family members and I kept the mother cat who is a tortoise colour and called her Molly, she is almost two years old.

i used to have a hamster called manson, named after charles manson. he was very strange and vicious, he growled all the way home from the pet shop we thought it was the car at first but after we had stopped and checked it we realised it was the hamster!!!!

i know what you mean. They may be loveable but cats sure are messy and expensive.

what are chinchillas like as pets? They are very much like a rabbit realy love being combed and cuddled,and love running around the house free.very easy to look after,They was not get wet as they are a sand desert animal. They need a sand bath three times a week,over after handling,it is funny to watch them bathe,you put a little bit of silver sand in a flat dish,and they roll over and over in it. The only down side is if you suffer from asthma,as the fur flies around.

mine have cost me a fortune in the last year about £400 ish between them, its not fair on the animals if you can't afford to take them to the vets, mine are a lot cleaner since i had them done, they started spraying in the house and that stinks!!!! luckily having them done stopped that!!

£400 flipping heck thats alot. i couldnt bring myself to pay that. With my cat we got it off a friend so i didnt pay but insurence and vets bills arent cheap i didnt realise they would be that much

i suppose thats what you sign up to pay for when you buy the animal.

humans can't get it and there is no cure
and as they have that i can't get insurance for them
