- Deadly Collapse. Will The New Mother Survive?

Billie's baby blessing for young Luc turns tragic this week when the new mother collapses. In this week's heartbreaking episodes of Home and Away, Billie is rushed to hospital. The fear is she's at death's door. "Reality sets in that she may die." Matt Little, 24, who plays VJ, says. Only last week, Billie excitedly told VJ about her idea for a baby blessing. They asked Leah to be the "guide mother" in the hope she'd have a more official part to play in the baby's life. Bur Leah was left reeling when she found out she wasn't Luc's genetic grandmother. In fact, Irene is her biological grandmother - Luc's father is actually Mick, Irene's mentally ill illegitimate son. Fans will remember Mick raped Billie at the gym. She initially lied about the identity of the father, maintaining it was VJ. But she was eventually forced to reveal the truth. Still, showing incredible maturity, both Billie & VJ vow to bring up the baby as their own. They agree they'll tell Luc the complicated truth about her parentage when she's old enough to understand. "Everyone is especially proud of the way VJ has stepped up," Charlie Clausen, 39, who plays Zac, explains. "He's taken responsibility & provided support for Billie & the baby." The young couple are excited about their future, and on the day of the blessing, the event itself goes off without a hitch. But just as life seems to be a bit brighter, Billie is dealt another cruel blow. The only sign of the trauma to come is her persistent cough, which worsens & eventually leads to her collapsing. At the hospital, doctors Nate & Tori move into action & order tests. But the doctor's concerns are obvious when they listen to Billie's chest. Her brother Ash, VJ, Leah & Zac are at her bedside. Could this be the last time they see her? "Zac is worried, of course, but he's not the kind of person to jump to conclusions or overreact," Charlie explains. "He wants to get as much information as possible so they can work out what the best course of action would be." Nate explains to them that they need to do a bronchoscopy, which will allow them to look into Billie's airways. It's not the first time the young woman has had breathing issues. Shortly after she gave birth, Nate was forced to intubate her so she could get oxygen. This week, Ash tries to remain positive. He reminds VJ that his sister has always been a fighter. But does she have the strength to pull through this time?

Play It Again, Sam. Zac Confronts A Blast From His Past.

- Book editor Sam is back & ready to wreak havoc in Leah & Zac's marriage all over again. Sam worked with Zac on his book last year. She was keen to turn business into pleasure, but he spurned her advances & remained faithful to Leah. Now, she's returned to Summer Bay to make another play for Zac. This week, Sam tells him she's been thinking about him, and now she wants him. Zac insists there's absolutely nothing between them & wants her to leave town. Matt, who had been eavesdropping their conversation, later quizzes him about Sam. When he does, Leah overhears. Why didn't he tell her Sam was back? Could this be the last straw for Leah?

Scar Issue. Will Marilyn Ever Be The Same?

- The bushfire at the music festival has left one of Summer Bay's beloved residents with shocking injuries. Marilyn (Emily Symons) burnt her hand terribly in the blaze - which we know her husband, John, started. This week, she worries she might never lead a normal life again. "It will be challenging for her to cope this year," Emily, 47, says. As Marilyn prepares to attend baby Luc's blessing, she breaks down. She realises she's in too much pain to go anywhere. Now, as she sits at home, Marilyn feels isolated from the Bay - the community she loves. She's scarred mentally & physically from her ordeal. Will Marilyn ever be the same again? "This has been a big story for us to film, and it's still going on," Emily says of Marilyn's dramas. "It's not just a two week storyline."
