Coronation Street womaniser Peter Barlow looks set to return to his old tricks next month after a huge row with his girlfriend Toyah Battersby.
Peter (Chris Gascoyne) has seemed all loved up with Toyah ever since she was revealed as his secret lover on Christmas Day, but their romance hits a rocky patch in some tense scenes.
It all kicks off when Peter admits to Toyah that he doesn't want any more children, leaving her devastated as she's been through years of fruitless IVF with her husband Toby.
To make matters even more complicated, Toby chooses this moment to get in touch and reveal that the fertility clinic have been asking about the future of their frozen embryos.
With Toby still wanting to give their relationship another try, Toyah is left facing a difficult dilemma as she considers possible parenthood with him compared to a childless future with Peter.
Although Toyah is keen to stick with Peter, trouble brews when he finds out that she's been keeping her IVF attempts a secret from him for so long.
Wondering what what other lies Toyah has told him, Peter storms off to go on a taxi run and ends up with a glamorous customer called Chloe (Jo-Anne Knowles) in his cab.
As an instant attraction flares up between them, Chloe invites Peter into a hotel for a drink and he accepts. How far will things go between them?

How exactly is she "clashing with Jenny" just by telling her to run her ideas by Johnny first? Seems reasonable enough
Jenny is going to ge Johnny's wife and Alya is an employee. Jenny does not get the same reaction from Sally who has been in the business way longer than Alya has. Alya cannot bear anyone else having better ideas than her.

All I did was question "Jenny clashes with Alya" because I don't really see their interactions shown in the spoilers as clashing. Now if she had said to Jenny that her ideas aren't good, that would be clashing. Just because Jenny is engaged to Johnny doesn't mean she is above every other employee unless she gets promoted

Coronation Street's Peter Barlow gets a tricky customer that he really wasn't expecting next week, as Toyah Battersby's estranged husband Toby Chapman ends up in the back of his cab.
Toby (Andrew Dowbiggin) uses Streetcars to take him back to the train station after he's paid an unexpected visit to Toyah in Weatherfield.
Viewers know that Toby and Toyah's marriage fell apart at Christmas, but he decides that he needs to see her next week after hearing from the fertility clinic.
Toby tells Toyah that they need to make a decision over the future of their frozen embryos after years of fruitless IVF treatment. He also makes it very clear that he'd be prepared to take Toyah back and try again if she's interested.
Toby's desperate plea comes at a very interesting time for Toyah, as he visits on the same day that Peter (Chris Gascoyne) leaves her devastated by admitting that he doesn't want any more children.
Just as Toyah is left to weigh up the benefits of a childless future with Peter or reuniting with Toby, both men end up face-to-face in Peter's cab.
Will there be fireworks between the two guys when they inevitably each realise who the other is?
