Mo returns from maternity leave and drops a bombshell, while Dominic gets a shock when he realises that travelling to Hawaii with Isaac wont be as straightforward as he had hoped

Mo returns from maternity leave and has doubts about putting her job on hold for a year so that she and Mr T can go to Sweden with their newborn son.

When Mo gets emotionally involved with her patient, she realises where her passion lies, but she has to tell Mr T she's changed her mind.

Meanwhile, Dominic is confident that he's going away with Isaac to Hawaii, but when he realises he has to work hard to "win" his place on the research trip, he soon realises that all is not what it seems.

Elsewhere, Fletch struggles to come to terms with the fact that he's inherited a lot of money, having lived so frugally with his four kids.
