My spacebar on my laptop is really stiff you have press it really hard, its just started today any ideas?? its driving me mad!!

But laptop keys especially dont have much space round then!! Maybe go to some kind of cleaning specialist in laptops :p

EAD electolube. Compressed air in an airosol with a tube attachment. It is amazing the amount of dust and fluff that comes out of you keyboard when you spray this stuff under the keys!
