I think there is something medical wrong with Billie and she doesn't want anyone to know. That will be the secret she pleads with Nate to keep. That would also explain the main spoiler about Billie.

Apart from Nate possibly/probably discovering that VJ can't be the father, based on what we know about Billie's future from other spoiler threads, maybe this will also be a situation where Billie is diagnosed with a very serious illness, but she refuses/delays essential treatment because it could harm the baby? Consequences for her later on........?

Yes I see you mean and it's definitely a possibility. It hadn't occurred to me that Billie might die of natural causes (apart possibly from something going wrong with the birth itself).

Deadly Carjacking. Will Billie Survive Being Rundown? Phoebe, Ash & Kat are involved in a terrifying chain of events in Home and Away this week. It ultimately sees Billie and her unborn baby fighting for their lives. Pregnant Billie (Tessa de Josselin) is accidently knocked down by a panicked Phoebe (Isabella Giovinazzo), who herself is the victim of a horrifying carjacking. "Phoebe's in total shock," Isabella says. Will Billie & her baby be ok?

Ash Gets Arrested. We pick up the action with Ash (George Mason) facing the wrath of his ex, Kat (Pia Miller). The newly reinstated police officer spies Ash engaged in what looks like a dodgy deal with crim Simmo. Fans will recall it was Simmo who was involved in car rebirthing with Andy before Andy skipped town with his brother, Josh. This time Simmo manages to get away from Kat. But, she later tracks down Ash at the garage & arrests him. After refusing to answer more questions, he's thrown in the clink by Sergeant McCarthy (Nicholas Cassim). It's Kat who's forced to deliver Ash an ultimatum - help police catch Simmo or remain behind bars. A dejected Ash can't believe Kat would threaten his freedom. As he sits in his cell, it seems whatever hope there might have been for these two former lovebirds to reunite has evaporated. Ash agrees to help catch Simmo on one condition - he faces no charges.

The Sting. The plan to nab Simmo involves using Ash as bait. He phones Simmo & tells him he wants to meet up to discuss a new business opportunity. The police are hoping that he doesn't realise their meeting point is swarming with undercover cops. But, Simmo is a wily one. When he spots a radio on an undercover cop, he immediately spins his car around & hightails it out of there. Kat & Ash are left stunned - their big plan has been a big dud.

Hostage Situation. Meanwhile, Phoebe is on cloud nine after her surprise date with Justin. But, she comes crashing back to earth when she gets into her car & is suddenly grabbed from behind by....you guessed it, Simmo! "He clasps his hand over her mouth & forces her to drive out of the Bay," Isabella, 26, explains. Once he feels he's safely away from the long arm of the law, Simmo makes Phoebe close her eyes & count to a hundred so he can make his escape.

Phoebe Hits Billie. Distraught & confused after her traumatic experience, Phoebe just wants to get back to town as quickly as possible. She puts her foot on the accelerator & nervously looks over her shoulder to see if Simmo has gone. But, in the moment she takes her eyes off the road, Phoebe hits something - & not just something, but someone. "Phoebe gets out of the car, runs over & realises it's Billie," Isabella says. "She's in shock; Billie has become her best friend & they get along so well."

Hospital Panic. Billie is rushed to hospital, where Nate & his team leap into action to try to save her. Ash storms into the hospital, demanding to know how Phoebe could have done this to his sister. "She has a soft spot for Ash, & to see him in pain is terrible," Isabella says. It's up to Nate to save Billie & her baby. Will they both survive?
