Monday

With Danika seeming more invested in their romance than he is, Nate tries to put on the brakes and decides to spend a day off work cheering Tori up instead. After a difficult start, Nate suggests a swim at The Rock pool. Tori won't go in fully clothed, but Nate is happy to swim in his shorts and Tori is struck by the sight of him topless.

Tori's feelings for Nate are clearly growing as she opens up about her problems with Justin - she honestly can't see how they're going to get through it, but being out with Nate is really helping.

Later, the pair run into Danika. Oblivious to Tori, Danika kisses Nate hello, which knocks Tori for six. As the day continues, Tori calls in on Nate to return his hat and claims she's happy he's dating again. Nate is confused and disappointed by her enthusiasm for Danika, but the truth is that Tori's gutted he's seeing someone else.

Meanwhile, Phoebe learns that Justin's siblings are still ignoring him and she's determined to keep supporting him, letting him have "emergency accommodation" at her place. She's pleased to find Brody is back at work, but their banter sours when Phoebe goes in to bat for Justin. Brody is having none of it - as far as he's concerned, Justin is a liar and Phoebe should have nothing to do with him.

Elsewhere, Billie is planning to do a runner from Summer Bay and is writing a letter to VJ, which tells him that he's not her baby's father. She has to hide the letter and suitcase when VJ turns up and pleads with her to give their relationship a second chance. Despite her guilt, Billie agrees. Zac and Leah arrange for them to move into a caravan and Billie rips up her confession, deciding to stick to her original plan.

Tuesday

After another awkward moment with Nate, Tori searches for solace at the private spot where they shared a picnic. She is surprised to find a mysterious stranger called Duncan there. He is friendly and they end up getting to know one another a little. Duncan used to live in the Bay, but has stayed away for family reasons. Tori can relate, as she's still livid with Justin. She opens up further, admitting that she liked someone but completely misread the signals and has no intention of going back there.

Later, Alf opens his door to find Duncan, Tori's new friend, standing there. It's Alf's son Duncan Stewart and he thinks it's about time they talked. Roo leaps at him with a big hug, but Alf simply marches off, clearly not happy about the return of his son.

Meanwhile, as the bills stack up and they keep losing work, Ash and Matt realise that the perfect person may be right under their nose. They bring in Justin, suggesting he put his name to the $50,000. Justin flat out refuses, insisting that he's not a criminal. Ash claims that he isn't either, but if the business goes under, it will hurt Kat and Phoebe. Justin is ready to join up after hearing Phoebe's name, but he makes it clear that he wants Andy's share of the business as part of the deal. Ash reluctantly concedes - they're equal partners now.

Later, there's a slight thaw between the Morgans when they get together and talk. Justin knows he messed up, but now that they're talking again, he lets his family know that he even bought into the garage today. Brody and Tori are outraged, believing this must mean Justin has been hiding money from them. Justin is unable to explain the real truth. Brody and Tori want nothing more to do with him.

Wednesday

Roo apologises to Duncan about Alf's reaction yesterday, but he assures her that he'll do whatever it takes to sort things out with his dad. Roo soon tries to shake Alf out of his bitterness, pointing out that Duncan has flown half way around the world and the least Alf can do is meet him half way. Alf finally thaws and goes to chat with Duncan over a beer. Duncan's heartfelt words concerning their stand-off over his wife makes an impact with Alf. Roo is pleased as lunch becomes a pleasant, relaxed family catch up.

In the end, Duncan feels relaxed enough to reveal that he has a 5-year-old son. Alf is floored, but not in a good way – accusing Duncan of only being here to worm his way back into his will.

Meanwhile, Ash crumbles and tells Kat the whole truth about Andy and his dirty money. Ash pleads his case - the business was about to fold if he didn't bank Andy's 'gift'. Kat reminds him that he's now an accessory to Andy's car rebirthing proceeds.

Kat should arrest him on the spot, but she heads off to wrap her heard around it all. Justin finds Tori on the beach and without going into detail, he confesses the money isn't his - he's just doing Ash a favour. Tori belives him, but it doesn't matter - the trust relationship between them feels irrevocably damaged.

Elsewhere, John and Marilyn secretly agree that a trip to the Gold Coast is the way to celebrate Jordan's 16th birthday. However, the Palmers are shocked when their travel plans are disturbed by an unknown, unexpected visitor: Aaron - Jordan's father, who just got out of jail and now wants to be reunited with his son.

Thursday

A hurt Roo chases Duncan down the driveway, demanding to know why he didn't tell them about his son until now, but he doesn't have an answer. Disappointed, Roo storms off leaving Duncan remorseful. Duncan is thinking of leaving, but Leah implores him to stay and give it another chance with Alf. Duncan is left with food for thought, and after some consideration, he approaches Alf and Roo to tell the whole story.

Duncan explains that his life is a mess - he'd just got his pilot license when he found out his wife was having an affair. She moved across the country shortly afterwards, so he never sees his son. Roo is sympathetic. Duncan finally admits that he didn't want Alf to find out he was a failure like Alf always said he would be. Remorseful, Alf admits he shouldn't have said such hurtful things. Alf accepts Duncan's story and the two come to a tentative truce.

Meanwhile, Aaron hints that he wants to be part of Jordan's life again, sending John and Marilyn into a tailspin. Jordan arrives home from school and is shocked to learn that his father is there. Despite Aaron's warmth, Jordan is guarded and uncertain. Marilyn and John check with Jordan and decide to leave them alone to talk. Aaron makes a heartfelt plea, inviting Jordan to come and live with him. Jordan comes to tell Marilyn and John the situation, announcing that he's confused.

Later, John and Marilyn nervously chat to Irene about the situation when Aaron arrives at the Diner alone. He reveals that he is leaving the Bay again as Jordan wants to stay with them rather than him.

Elsewhere, Mason and Evie reconnect, but he goes in for a kiss and she pulls away.

Also today, Olivia makes a new friend when Tabitha moves to the Bay.

Friday

Jordan is hanging out with Olivia and her new friend Tabitha, as Evelyn's school sleep out kicks off. Hunter arrives and Olivia surreptitiously points him out to Tabitha, who quickly declares that she can already tell that Hunter's not good enough for Olivia. Hunter is also given short shrift by Tabitha when he introduces himself. She doesn't want him to have anything to do with Olivia.

Tabitha is deflated when Olivia wants to head home after the sleepout, but her spirits are buoyed when Olivia suggests that maybe they could hang out together tomorrow.

Hunter stops Olivia on her way home and apologises for being so aggressive with her. However, when he makes a joke about Tabitha, Olivia immediately fires up. She angrily tells Hunter that she can't stand him at the moment and wants him to leave her alone. Taken aback by her vehemence, Hunter stalks off without a word. Olivia is left to wonder if she went too far…

Meanwhile, Mason worries that he has spoiled his friendship with Evie and tries to make amends for his bad judgement.

Elsewhere, Leah fears that her relationship with Zac is in jeopardy.

Also today, Billie's guilt is compounded when Irene gives her a blanket with great sentimental value.

"Now, she wants to get back to that vision," Philippa, 21, explains. Evie thought it was Oscar who saved her from injury in the crash. She's convinced her brother is acting as her guardian angel. But, as we see this week, Evie's reckless behaviour is out of control. When she gets behind the wheel of a car, she drives like a demon, believing Oscar will look after her. Her passenger, Mason, troubled by her erratic driving, decides to pull up the handbrake. His actions cause the vehicle to careen across the road & slam into a tree. Mason has had enough & tells Evie straight out - Oscar is gone & can't protect her. Evie doesn't take his words well & storms off. Next, we see Evie on some rocks at the beach, sobbing & screaming for her brother. She then plunges into the surf! "She has the idea that if she gets into the water, he'll come to her again," Philippa explains. "She's really hoping for the impossible." As Evie swallows water & struggles to breathe, it's clear she's starting to drown..... Is this the end for Evie?

- Under Arrest! Is Kat going to jail? She was a dedicated police officer until just recently. But now, Kat ends up on the wrong side of the law when she's accused of assault & arrested this week. It's not exactly a great first shift as a waitress at restaurant Salt. But, will down-on-her-luck Kat be charged over the unhappy incident? Things start well when Phoebe convinces Brody to hire Kat. However, her first shift at Salt nosedives when her ex, Ash, walks in. He can't believe she's taken a job there. Later, Sergeant Phillip McCarthy turns up with some of his police cronies. Kat is embarrassed to see her former boss, but carries on working regardless. Then, a boozed-up guy tries to convince Kat to have a drink with him. With his bad behaviour escalating, Phoebe tells him it's time to leave. Instead, the dude pinches her butt. Next, he attempts to grab Kat - big mistake! She instinctively twists the offender's arm behind his back & slams him hard onto the bench - a little too hard. The drunk flees Salt, but the incident - & how Kat reacted - has left both her & Phoebe rattled. McCarthy returns to Salt, this time on police business. The man has claimed Kat has a assaulted him. Next thing she knows, she's under arrest! Looks like the tables have really turned on poor Kat.

- Picnic Pash. Tori Takes The Plunge With Duncan. Pucker up, baby! Tori throws caution to the wind, kissing Duncan while the two are on a romantic picnic. And, suddenly, Nate seems very much on the outer in this love triangle. Initially, Tori is reluctant to take the next step with Nate or Duncan. Living in witness protection has meant the Morgan's have had to be very guarded. This week, Justin tells his sister it's time to relax their rules on relationships. "Tori had really closed herself off to the idea of romance," Penny, 33, explains. "But, Justin changes her mind, saying, 'Why don't we open our hearts & let people in?'"' So, with a bottle of wine in hand, Tori seeks out Duncan. It's partly because she feels bad Duncan blames himself for the plane crash. But, Tori is also curious to see where things might lead for them. As they sit down at the caravan park for a picnic & get to know each other better, the chemistry between them is undeniable. "One thing leads to another & she gets gutsy & goes in for the kiss," Penny reveals. "He's the first person she's let herself go with in seven years!" Whether Tori trusts Duncan enough to reveal her family secret remains to be seen.....
