t's the day that Jac launches the Digby Stent, but she is publicly humiliated when a journalist announces that someone in Berlin has already launched an exact replica - accusing Jac of plagiarism. Jac is determined to catch the culprit.
Hanssen handles things carefully, but Jac vows to find out who leaked their stent design, ruining their chance of success and funding. Her accusations soon strike to the heart of the team - and Zosia and Ollie are first to come under scrutiny. Is it either of them?

Meanwhile, patient Deepan Rai – an opera singer – has been prepped for the stent operation but is held up by the bureaucracy following the revelations. He has just a few months to get his voice and breathing back for his comeback and to prove his worth to his family, who he has isolated over the years.
Deepan begs Jac to do the operation anyway, from one professional to another. Hanssen warns that she can't undertake the procedure while he talks to the stent team in Berlin, hoping to do a deal. But will Jac listen?
Meanwhile, it's Dom's first day back after Arthur's death and he is charged with showing around new registrar Dr Isaac Mayfield'. Dom is determined to be the best doctor he can, but the new registrar makes things a little difficult.
