Arthur is finally discharged from Darwin and is keen not to waste any more precious time, nor is Morven. When a patient close to them both passes away, they decide to seize the day and see the world together while they still can.
With Morven sorting her resignation, she decides to give her last patient Inez all her attention. But when Serena feels Morven is over-reaching to make her last case more memorable, Morven begins to question if she and Arthur are just running away from their problems.
Determined to prove she's right, Morven takes a leap in diagnosing Inez and takes drastic measures to treat her. But Serena admonishes Morven for over-reacting and scaring her patient.
Feeling despondent, Morven begs Arthur to leave as soon as possible - she just wants to get away and she doesn't know if she'll ever come back.
Meanwhile, Dom feels left out in the cold by Arthur, but will a vengeful Dom hurt his dearest friend?
