I hope no more Leanne and Nick as a couple

No other suitable partners for either around at moment and I can imagine with Leanne grieving for Kal and Nick for Carla, I can imagine them being growing close just for the grief, not as a new relationship ...

"Steve’s world is shaken to the core" that seems a bit dramatic. She didn't sleep with Will they only kissed. when it's written like "Steve’s world is shaken to the core", makes it sound like Amy's been kidnapped.

I don´t think it matters what some people might describe as trivial occurrences .. the effect is different on everyone and I think Steve will realise that his 6 months absence will have contributed to Michelle kissing another man .. so yes, I can imagine that his world is shaken to the core right now

Over on Coronation Street, Michelle Connor could find her relationship with Steve McDonald rocked once again when her secret kiss with Will looks set to be exposed.

Viewers saw a lonely Michelle (Kym Marsh) get passionate with her ex-boyfriend Will earlier this year in a moment of madness, before coming to her senses and choosing to stay loyal to Steve.

Michelle has since been determined to work through her marital problems with Steve, but she could find her mistake coming back to haunt her in scenes to be aired next month.

Monday (1)

When Steve suggests that Amy should have her tea at Tracy's and start building some bridges, Amy bunks off school and returns home in a foul mood. She confides in Michelle that Sam has dumped her on the grounds that she's horrible like her mother.

Later in The Rovers backyard, Michelle assures Amy that Will was her first boyfriend and means nothing to her now as she loves Steve. Amy apologises and they hug. As Steve and Michelle share a tender kiss in the back room, they're then interrupted by the arrival of Will and Saskia. Clearly fired up, Saskia has an accusation to make...

Meanwhile, Billy puts pressure on Todd to do the right thing and tell the police about Sarah's confession. At the same time, hungover Sarah tries to remember how much she told Todd.

Later, Todd goes to the police station and tells the police that Tony Stewart killed Callum Logan and confessed to the murder months ago. Todd then arrives home and announces that he's been to the police and reported Tony for Callum's murder. Eileen, Jason and Billy listen in stunned silence.

Elsewhere, Leanne and Simon return from Portsmouth. Eva tells Leanne about Nick and Carla's disastrous wedding and how Tracy blackmailed the money out of Carla to buy the Bistro. Leanne is shocked and worried for Nick. Leanne calls at Nick's flat and is horrified at his dishevelled state. She vows to help him win back the Bistro from Robert. Leanne confronts Robert and asks him if he'd be willing to sell Nick his share of the Bistro back.

Also, Tim furtively flogs bottles of home brew from the conservatory to his mates. When Sophie calls round, Tim refuses to let her in, leaving Sophie suspicious.

Finally, fearing for her job, Izzy confides in Johnny that she's up in court next week for assaulting a police officer. Johnny is sympathetic, gives her a week off on full pay and insists her job is safe. Izzy is touched.

Monday (2)

Michelle assures Steve that she realised her mistake and never actually had sex with Will. Devastated, Steve orders Will and Saskia out of the pub. In the cab office, Steve confides in Tim how Michelle cheated on him with Will while he was recuperating in Spain. Tim is sympathetic.

Will later calls in the cab office and promises Steve that after a roll around on the bed, Michelle got cold feet. Because an incensed Steve has hurt his arm, Tim comes to his aid and punches Will and the two men wrestle. Steve then returns home, where Michelle has her own accusations to make...

Meanwhile, Jason is disbelieving as Todd explains how Tony confessed to Callum's murder but made him swear that he'd keep schtum. Eileen warns Todd that he'd better be telling the truth. Billy glares at Todd, appalled at his lies. But will Jason believe Todd?

Later, Todd relates the same story to David and tells him that he's told the police everything. David is gobsmacked. David shares his information with Kylie and Sarah and suggests they back up Todd's story as it's their only hope. Billy confronts Todd, demanding to know why he lied to the police. Todd insists that he did the right thing - protecting both Jason and Sarah. How will Billy react?

Elsewhere, by way of a compromise, Robert offers Nick a job at the Bistro working with Leanne as co-manager. Nick is unimpressed and Leanne tells Robert if that's the best he can come up with, she's quitting her job.

Also, Tim takes Steve back to Number 4 to reveal his home-made pub, The Sponge & Bucket. Stuffing a couple of bottles in his own pocket, Craig serves Steve some craft ale.

Wednesday

The police call at Number 11 to question Todd. They suggest to him that perhaps he, Tony and Jason all conspired to kill Callum between them. Todd is shocked to realise he's now in the frame for murder.

Eileen tentatively points out to Jason that Tony loved him very much and when he said he wanted revenge on Callum, perhaps he meant murder. With his guilt weighing heavily, Billy tells Todd that he's considering telling the police the truth. Todd begs him to think twice, as in doing so, he'd destroy Sarah's life.

Meanwhile, as Sean and Billy settle down to a cosy lunch in the Bistro, Billy gets a call from Todd telling him that he's found Lee unconscious in the ginnel. Billy heads out clearly worried and Sean is fuming to find himself playing second fiddle yet again. Todd helps Billy with Lee and Billy's anguish is evident. Todd tells him how sorry he is and gives him a comforting hug. Sean watches from a distance, stunned.

Elsewhere, Michelle laments to Eva that Steve can barely look at her, let alone talk to her. In the cab office, Steve confides in Tim how he can't get thoughts of Michelle with Will out of his head. Michelle begs Steve to forgive her but Steve remains cold, telling her that he doesn't want a wife he has to forgive. Hearing their row, Amy is upset and Steve comforts her.

Also today, when Craig admits that he's hungover and he got the beer from Tim, Beth is furious. Beth tears a strip off Tim for allowing Craig to help himself to his home brew. When Beth threatens to tell Sally about the goings on at Number 4, Tim buys her silence with free beer. With Leanne gone, Robert is short-staffed and snaps at Andy, Steph and Zeedan.

Leanne Battersby and Nick Tilsley will team up against Robert Preston on Coronation Street next week in the wake of Carla Connor's exit.
Last week's episode of the ITV soap saw Nick (Ben Price) jilt his new wife Carla after discovering her lies regarding her one-night stand with Robert and the subsequent blackmail to sell him the bistro.
With Carla gone and no business to run, Nick will become a cause of concern for his ex-wife Leanne (Jane Danson), who is horrified to arrive home from Portsmouth and learn about his doomed wedding.
After calling in at Nick's flat, Leanne will become increasingly worried about Nick after seeing his dishevilled state and vows to help him win back the bistro from Robert.
Determined to help her ex-husband, Leanne confronts Robert and asks him if he'd be willing to sell Nick his share of the bistro back.
Attempting to reach a compromise, Robert offers Nick a job at the bistro working with Leanne as co-manager.
However, his offer falls flat with an unimpressed Nick, and fully supporting him - Leanne announces that she's quitting her job if that is the best Robert can come up with. Will Robert have a change of heart? And will Leanne's support be enough to get Nick back on his feet?

Surely the Bistro does not need 2 managers?

I thought Robert was sole owner now so why does Nick want to buy a share back?

I thought Robert was sole owner now so why does Nick want to buy a share back?
Because there is nothing else for him on Coronation Street to do for him and residents can only work in places that are across the road ... anywhere else is not possible. I dare say, morally at least Nick is entitled to his share back as he was conned out of it by a blackmailer
