Hannah shares in Oscar and Evelyn's relief when they learn that they tested negative to the cancer gene. Unfortunately, her joy is short-lived when Nate confirms her fears - Hannah has tested positive and has a high risk of getting cancer.
Nate tries to discuss Hannah's options and organise further counselling, but Hannah is already shutting down. She leaves the hospital as quickly as she can. Later, Hannah continues to spiral when she tries to break things off with Chris to set him free. When Chris won't listen, Hannah is forced to cut him down in the cruellest of ways.
Meanwhile, Kyle continues to grapple over how to get the money Dave has demanded from him. A phone call from Isla makes it clear that Kyle is running out of time as Dave wants his money today. With his desperation growing, Kyle decides he has no choice but to burn down Angelo's to claim the insurance money.
When Billie finds the concealed kerosene and matches, she realises what Kyle is planning and urges him to go to the police instead. Kyle takes the advice on board, but will it go to plan?
Elsewhere, Matt and Maddy continue to drive everyone crazy with their bickering but eventually make their peace.
Tuesday
Chris is devastated when Hannah breaks it off with him. Nate accuses Hannah of pushing away the people who love and care for her the most, but she desperately tries to explain her reasoning.
Taking some tough words from Nate on board, Hannah accepts Chris's commitment to her and is grateful to have his love and support through this confronting time. Especially when she is also faced with a life changing decision - will she have a double mastectomy to potentially save her own life?
Meanwhile, Isla turns up demanding to know how Kyle is doing with getting the cash he owes to Dave. Kyle reveals that he's not playing Dave's game anymore, but a terrified Isla tells him that he is seriously deluded if he thinks the cops are going to be able to stop Dave. Feeling responsible for the position he's put Isla in, Kyle is determined to protect her. But as he and Isla try to flee Summer Bay, they are seized by Dave's henchmen...
Elsewhere, Roo loses her patience when Matt and Maddy's bickering flares up again. She reminds them of the bigger issues going on and warns them that they better get it together or else. Later, things are put into perspective when Maddy sees warnings on social media to stay away from the Diner because Leah is married to a murderer.
Wednesday
Kyle and Isla are being held captive by Dave and some of his threatening mates. They are led through bushland and arrive at a clearing, where they're given a couple of shovels and told to start digging their own graves.
With Kyle's loved ones now aware that he's missing, Dylan manages to get a trace on Dave's phone to bushland an hour out of Summer Bay. With police on their way to the area, Ricky just hopes they get there in time.
The digging continues, but when Dave moves off to make a phone call, Kyle hopes to get the upper hand as a violent situation follows...

Meanwhile, VJ and Hunter are dismayed to find that the shower block at the caravan park has been vandalised in response to Zac's charges. The boys vow to clean up the mess before Leah sees it, but she ultimately stumbles upon the scene and is upset.
Later, Leah returns home to find that the place has been trashed. They step inside and find that the mess continues there, with the words "Murderer lives here" spray-painted across the wall in red.

Scandal surrounding Zac's arrest continues to turn some Summer Bay residents against Leah and her family. Business is suffering at the Diner and caravan park, but it's the heartless vandalism of Alf's house that has hurt the most. Things get even worse when Morag returns with bad news - Zac's bail appeal was rejected and he's refusing to see visitors.
Evelyn, Oscar, Hunter and VJ enlist Irene's help to make a lavish Greek feast to cheer Leah up. Unfortunately, the event is soured when a journalist betrays Leah's trust and launches a scathing online attack on Zac, which further galvanises the town's discontent. Alf receives a call from Roo, who is holding a crowd of protestors at bay in the caravan park.
Meanwhile, Kat arrives home to find Ash, Andy and Phoebe celebrating after obtaining their licence for the workshop. She promises them that she will invest in the business after reading over their plans. However, just when they think it's all systems go, they discover Alf never actually agreed to let them set up shop at the caravan park. Have their grand plans been sunk?
Elsewhere, Kat and Dylan reminisce over the past and share a charged moment. Could Kat be falling under Dylan's spell all over again?
Friday
Olivia is still uneasy about Claire, but Irene asks her to be kind to Claire when she visits today. Things go well when Claire first arrives, but soon Claire reveals that she is broke and Irene offers to pay for her flights. Olivia's suspicions go into overdrive and she tells Skye that she's going to expose Claire as a con artist.
Olivia then goes to Roo with her suspicions. When Irene and Claire come in for coffees, Roo gets her chance and chats with Claire. During the conversation, Claire slips up when talking about her past, leaving Roo worried. Roo goes to Morag and asks her to investigate Claire. Morag has her reservations, but reluctantly agrees.
Later, Morag gets back to Roo, Olivia and Skye - she's found nothing on Claire and it seems her story checks out. Olivia tries to argue, but the others decide to back off. Olivia remains unconvinced and decides to take matters into her own hands, confiding in Skye that she's bought a home DNA testing kit.
Meanwhile, Kat is starting to believe Dylan really has changed.
Elsewhere, Ash and Andy's business gets off to a strange start when Dylan is their first customer.
