With Zosia fearing boyfriend Ollie's a commitment-phobe, when he freaks out after she asks for a key to his flat, there's a furthur spanner in the works when pregnant patient Melissa turns up. Ollie realises she's an old flame and that he could be the father of her unborn child, which needs an operation in the womb - and Melissa soon lets slip to Zosia that Ollie's the father of her baby.
