Quentin Tarantino's idea for an EastEnders Christmas storyline simply has to happen.
The Hateful Eight director said that he's "very flattered" the BBC soap's recent murderous plots are "taking a tip" from his own films.
In an interview with Absolute Radio (video above), Tarantino was asked what he'd do if he was approached to guest-direct EastEnders' Christmas special.
Even though it looked like he'd never heard of the Albert Square serial, his idea for a poisonous murder is exactly the kind of thing the show would do.
"Then somebody poisons the eggnog," he added... That's why he gets the big bucks.
In fact, so impressed was producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins, he tweeted that he's got people "making it already".
